If younger Laura could see the last shot of that video, standing beside her new pond with a Hartley in the background, I wonder what she would say. From a fan who's been watching for nearly a decade and has just bought her first house and ordered bulbs before she even ordered a fridge, a huge congratulations. I've loved seeing every step of your journey, well done on all your hard work. What a dream!!! 🌷
It's enduring to see camera-shy Paul seemingly trying to avoid the camera all these years ... but we can't miss seeing what a hard worker he is ... love him and Bethany too.
I hope one day soon you guys get a family photo shoot on the property done with your babies and baby tree's! How cool would it be in 20 years time to see your children and trees grow in the same place, have the pictures side by side.
I agree. That is a wonderful idea. And, unfortunately, we all know how 20 years just flies by. It will be so wonderful to compare the two photos or videos.
Precious moments frozen in time! I treasure the pictures of my sons & grandkids growing up. LOVE seeing a close-up of the sycamore's unique leaves. Found myself smiling throughout this videos! Happy happenings! 😊
Your property is absolutely incredible! You, Aaron, Paul and Bethany are the hardest working people on earth. The contractors you work with are true professionals. We are are so lucky to enjoy this journey with all of you. Thank you.
Laura and Aaron, you should move that sumac to the new property as it will totally create a hedge, or border and it can grow as big as it's little heart desires plus it will add a lot of fall interest.
I’m from MI, and sumac spreads like crazy here. I warned her when she put it in, but apparently, she couldn’t hear me through the screen, LOL! Then, I thought, well, she knows more than me, and maybe it won’t be such a thug in the high desert. Ha! LOL!

Now that the sand has been added between the rocks, the paths around the pond seem to shine, with each rock's unique design and shape becoming so noticeable. It's a beautiful and soothing space where wonderful family time can be spent in the years to come!

Absolutely love how the trees are going to transform this part of your property 😍 you and Aaron made some great choices that day at the garden center! Can’t wait to see how they mature! Pedro and his guys did an amazing job with the stone! I absolutely love starting my day with GA❣️🍃🍃
Amazing transformation! I’ve been following you since you moved into this new place. I can’t believe how much you’ve done . You’ve really transformed this property into paradise.
The gardens are stunning!❤ Amazing that you stuck to your core beliefs as to what a garden should include (red, blue, green, and gold) winter interest, 3 season blooms, and plant where you think the plants will shine. They certainly do! Wow. Love the progress and love the views. Such inspiration. ❤ thank you
I honestly think you should dig up some sumac suckers and plant then along the fence to fill it in quick lol. I have a lot of sumac, it does great and the good thing is they are pretty easy to take out if you need.
Aaron always looks on with envy at listener pictures with massive tree screens and now he’s getting his! I enjoy seeing what y’all install in various portions of your garden. Your garden is cohesive but highly varied - great inspiration for all of us watching!
I get such a HIGH from watching your video's! The transformations are so rewarding, and that is from just a "VIEWERS" point of view. I know you feel it 100% more than I do! The pond area is so beautiful and congratulations again, you and Aaron have done such a great job on all the area's. Thanks for allowing all of us to take this journey with you! 🥰
Wow! I didn’t think you’d ever top the Hartley series but SOOO much has been added this year, it’s incredible! The property as a whole is just coming together so beautifully. The added bonus of having help with big projects like the college plantings and the professionals taking on the pond so it wasn’t primarily on your shoulders…that had to be a huge boost to your energy and stamina to get thru the season. Although y’all still looked pretty whooped after the pond was done. 😂 SO WORTH IT!!
I agree - the team-up for the College project not only took a huge weight off of her physically, it gave her additional time to help Aaron's sister, Monica and her mom in the spring as well. Hopefully, they will be able to continue to do that so it's more enjoyable for her/Aaron.

And tell the guy that helps with the editing, he is spot on with the added musical selections. Keep up your good work. May God continue blessing you to bless us. !!!!!!!!
It’s amazing how much difference the trees make the new property look I am a tree lover
Solar lights along the pathway would make that area look SPECTACULAR in the evenings 🥰
I can't help but think that every item you plant is super happy they get to grow in your beautiful garden and trusty hands. 🥰
Love the pond area. It looks so peaceful and beautiful.

The difference in your property never ceases to amaze me. Laura, you, Aaron and your crews works so swiftly. Do you ever think about running out of things to do? I'm asking half-heartedly but you get SO much accomplished. LOL.
It's Gorgeous at the pond! The Lilies' blooms are delectable!
I love Veronica. I have a Veronica that has lasted me for the last ten years and still growing strong!
so much fun watching the changes you make.. it's always nice to see Paul and Bethany, too.. wow, to find hard workers like that: they are jewels in the crown for sure... isn't it amazing how rejuvenating cooler weather can be??? almost no limitations to being outside all day, doing whatever... looks like a good day!!! 🥰❤thanks for the video! 🥰❤
Aloha Laura, I'm, just as excited as you on planting up the new property..😍🥰😍🥰😍😍
Everything is looking so good! The walkway is gorgeous with the addition of the sand ❤

Oh the trees, Veronica and the sand between the stone path are so very beautiful. Great video
I've been watching Laura for a few years now. I'm just so amazed at how all plants be like, ' yes ma'am we'll grow'.
I would love to be your neighbor! All those beautiful trees add so much to their property also. Taking into consideration how your property looks from your neighbors perspective is something everyone should do. Great video 😊
Oh my! Living in SC, I cannot imagine ever willingly planting a sweet gum tree. We are overwhelmed with them here and the spiky gumballs they drop are such a pain underfoot!!!
Your place is so awesome I can't even find the words to describe it! Many congratulations on all your hard work paying off so beautifully! ❤
My Mom made little Christmas trees out of the sweet gum balls, with toothpicks in every space, then spray painted and stacked🌲. Magical!
Good morning, Laura ☕️ The trees🌲 🌳 look amazing 😍 The pond is so stunning 🤩 You have so many spaces to chill and take it all in. Good for you! I love it all. Your Arbs, too are looking amazing! Have a Blessed Day 😊🐈
That was a good call on the sand color. It makes the rocks stand out, but the pond really shines now.
Nice looking paths! Kudos to the team. You and Aaron made a wise choice with the color of that sand for the path.
The pathway looks incredible!!! They did a fantastic job!! The color you picked was perfect❤️ I so enjoy all you do and I learn so much design from what you pick😍
Good morning from Delaware Garden Answer friends.
Love seeing all these trees going in! So good for the environment and health of our planet! 🙌🏼🌎💚
Hi Laura and Aaron! Laura, you forgot to mention that Bethany was helping Paul with planting the trees, too. It was nice seeing Paul and Bethany helping Aaron plant the trees. The sand in between the stones by the pond made such a big difference. I like the color Aaron chose. Those Veronica are so pretty. I like where you planted them. Thank you so much for sharing!
I just finished watching the pond construction videos today, the first two yesterday and the last two today. I decided not to watch them at the time of release so I could see them close together. I was reminded when the walkway was finished it was time to see it all. It has all come together beautifully!
