Thanks for all the video you are recorded. It's really nice to watch your channel. Usually the videos more formal and unemotional on other channels. But your channel is different. Thanks for that! :)
Thanks for the Videos! I've enjoyed your advice! I'm a first year curler this year (at 34) and have a question though. What's your thoughts on use of a stabilizer rather than a broom? I'd suspect maybe you went straight to the broom in your experience? You don't mention it at all, but my club starts us rookies out with the Stabilizer device for slides rather than the broom and most of the guys I talk to elude to going to that years later. I'm still trying to find my right balance to a certain extent, so I became curious. Thanks! :-)
Hey Andrew, thanks for the question! Yeah, a lot of clubs will start their curlers on a stabilizer because it is a lot more stable (hence the name) Its gives the new curlers a chance to get comfortable in the slide and comfortable on the ice. After that if you could switch over to the broom i would highly recommend it. On the other hand, some people that have hip or knee problems and really cant afford to fall....stick to the stabilizer!
thank you! Just what i was looking for - sweeping form tips.
Great videos, Jamie! More instructional videos, please!
Great advice Jamie....thanks!
Good, good, love your shares, keep it up girl!

Danila Liamaev Thanks for the feedback, I love hearing that!
We have just introduced curling in tropical Malaysia. Your videos are a big help. I would like to ask at what angle should the broom be ideally held?

I've spent so many years with a tuck slide that I don't think I could ever slide like this anymore.
And thats totally fine. no matter what your slide looks like... consistency is the most important thing
Olympics right know curling
I was taught with a straw broom ... then with a PVC pipe-thing ... neo-classical, I know 🙄
Imagine how clean her man's house is
I'm sorry. I watch your videos, but your beauty keeps me from focusing on curling.
How did she make curling interesting...
