You can’t expect them to lower their academic standards to accommodate lazy people. So sick of listening to all this victim mentality.

    Ofcourse it’s hard it’s a 6% acceptance rate

@@Cubevision1 No. There are schools with high acceptance rates, but have individual programs that are some of the best in the country. And there are schools with low acceptance rates, where kids party the whole time and still graduate on time... the two do not correlate

Ofc they are going to graduate at a lower percentage when they shouldn’t be there. And if anything he should learn from a former professor. “You can’t measure opportunity on outcomes.”-Thomas Sowell

The issue isn’t skin color the issue is being prepared to excel. Whining about “conforming” is ridiculous.
UChicago isn’t racist, minorities should expect to work harder, standards matter.

Why don’t you get your people to work harder in their studies?

You advocate for lowered standards and preferential admissions practices then complain when retention rates are low. You should not have been accepted to the university, you are a DEI admission.

DEI is not the reason people graduate at a disproportionate rate lol

Finance is - affecting minorities at a significant rate. Hence the need for DEI (such as odyssey scholarship ) . Think before you speak 😊

@@silvaphoenix3652 DEI for scholarships and DEI for acceptance are two different things. Scholarships in my opinion are not apart of DEI at all. However, accepting someone for a job or school simply because they check a race box is 10000% wrong. I thought, i walked around thought again and I am standing on my original comment, your turn! BTW the idea that your word is some divine word that carries so much weight that I SHOULD think before I speak is hilarious. You are a nobody to me, mean nothing. You carry no credentials. NEXT PLEASE
