Q: ... I'm at a place where there used to be so much bliss and so much the feeling of consciousness, was just like so like crisp oxygenated air. It's not like that anymore. It's death. It's painful. It's like it's living in hell realms, like it's being eaten alive literally...
Adya: ...as who you think you are is being burned at the stake...it's rather nauseating and difficult and annoying at its best moments...welcome to the real thing-you get to the truth right through the middle of your Illusions, and by and large it's not a pretty Journey for a lot of people...now I'm not saying it has to be this way and I'm not saying it will be this way for everybody, but there is some version of what you're experiencing right now for almost everybody that really comes into to the true truth-the truth that's actually true...
...remember in all this, the question is still alive is "what's really true?" as you're shown everything that's not true, that's what gets you through, that's what you're seeing...
...Let me just sort of end with this. This may seem like a simplification, but it's really not. At the place that you in now-the place where you find yourself at-this particular part of the unfolding is: The biggest thing you can do-the most helpful thing you can do is to trust in the process. The thing that makes the most difficult is the remnants of mind. It doesn't understand the process; it doesn't totally trust the process; and it can scare itself; or it can freak itself out, or it can just...it comments about what's going on, because what's going on is so outside of the context you grew up with...
...It knows what it's doing. The only way to kind of get in its way is to get too much fear involved, too many ideas and get your mind too involved in trying to kind of connect too many dots. Just know it's a process. It knows what it's doing. The more you trust, the faster it sort of completes itself...The more you let go, the easier it happens...You don't have to figure out how to get through this. It gets through for you...
