In my honest opinion the issue of states should not hinder government formation as discussed by the guests. This is because with an increase in the number of states comes the administrative costs. There are more urgent things to be done in South Sudan like clean water and HEP energy. These projects can be undertaken when there is peace which encourages investment both local and foreign. Secondly, government formation should not only focus on division of power, but also on service delivery ✌. Big ups to the guests and especially ( Dr. Betty) for touching on sensitive issues 💖💖
