I wonder if dequalitizing an image is a thing, like if it's a celebrity photo and you want to combine it with say an iphone selfie, obviously the qualities of both would stand out. Do you have any ideas for this?

no to get a good result both photos should be in the same quality and same lighting condition
I have problem with clone stamp. It creates another form of the background although with alt as source I have chosen the curtains, it changes and take the image as plus has at that position

how come when i paste my path on new layer I only have the outline of the path and not the image within the path? Can anyone help?
first convert the path into selection by going to the paths panel and hold CTRL and click once the path layer this will turn the path into selection then select the layer you want to cut and tap CTRL + C to copy the content then create a new layer and tap CTRL + V to paste then tap CTRL + D to deselect now you still have the path in the paths panel ?
Can you do this on iPad or iPhone?

How you take the salma's image into roberts photo,that you not explained in the video
you have to drag the tab off and take that and then drag the outline into the photo. Or you can make 2 layers and import each photo into the layers that you desire, the top is the one with the background you want and the bottom is the one that you want to edit the person from.

you can use any Photoshop version to do this starting from CS6.

yes this can only be done on a computer and you need Adobe Photoshop to do it , computer image editing softwares are working differently in Photoshop we go to file menu and import a photo inside the software then start editing using the available tools.

of course Adobe Photoshop is a paid software
when i try to use the pen tool and my paths just become a red shape of what i traced
after you select the pen tool make sure to take a look at the top left side of your interface under the top menu and make sure the pen tool mode is set to "Path" and not Shape , if its set to shape it will fill the path with color !

i think this is an issue with your current Photoshop version i searched in many threads , maybe you need to update your Photoshop to version "21.2" read the post here and see if this can fix your issues : community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop/adobe-photoshop-2020-paste-in-place-issues/td-p/10763070?page=1
also try to go to preferences / performances / and make sure legacy compositing is checked then restart photoshop and see if things works properly if not then update your photoshop to "21.2"

but the man color light more higher than with women lights
you can still add a color filter on him to darken the tone or play around with shadows and highlights parameters to fix this , also there is the camera raw filter which is a powerful tool for color correction you got the idea you should experiment with your self.
