I like that you went the extra step while restoring this juicer most of the other restorers would just removed the rust and give a coat of paint but you didn't just do that you made sure that the surface has mirror like finish before even coating it with paint and this is really appropriated and shows your afford and the attention to details . Keep the great work
@@AyazRestorationPlease, do not use Nickel plating in use with fruit juice/ fruit acid. You poisen yourself! Always Copper, Nickel and then Chrome it. So, you reach a high glossy and hard chromed surface, wich will not dissolve with the fruit acid. And by the way, every drink will taste awful, like you tasting aluminium foil.
Excellent outcome so glad you decided to nickel plate the parts that come into contact with food, so much more easy to wash up when done, never saw one like this absolutely beautiful.
@@khalsasikhpunjabda nickel isn’t completely food safe either. Many people have sensitivities to nickel. The appropriate metal would be tin, which is a rare non-toxic metal, reasonably non corrosive and is about as nonstick as Teflon. Tin was used on many cast iron culinary gadgets like this, and is the traditional lining metal for copper cookware.
Super jest ta maszynka do wyciskania cytryn wrestaurowana Pozdrawiam serdecznie i polecam ten filmik każdemu mądremu człowiekowi Pozdrawiam serdecznie. 👍👍👍
Do you mean except poisoning anyone who uses this? Cold bluing is toxic. The paint you used was toxic, as was the primer you used. Maybe just a little common sense?
I like the fact that you did such a thorough and good quality job of removing the rust, polishing and nickel plating so many of the parts. Others just seem to do sand blasting and make a quick job of it.
An incredible transformation. The restoration work on this vintage hand press juicer is absolutely stunning. It is amazing to see an old, rusty piece brought back to life with such care and precision. Well done!
This is the restoration of international standard by any standard. I loved it. The workplace is neat, clean and tidy, the tools were applicable, the sound was great, the videography was excellent and above all, the restoration itself was above par. I think you've done everything to get to the level of one of the most professional restorer. Good luck to you my dear.
Sir that's got to be one of the best restorations I have ever seen. I watch thousands. I have subscribed and hit the bell. Take care and stay safe. Tom.
Really great work! Surprising quality for a phone camera! It’s nice to see you work with what you have too, unlike these big box brand restorers, you have a limited tool box and you know how to work it! No lathe, no sandblasting cabinets, no big parts washer; but you have a drill, a vice and a grinder and boy howdy, you’re gonna use them well!! Unfortunately, this limited box also hinders your ‘visual narrative’. While other restorers have a large repertoire of tools to change up the same motion and processes, you’ll have to find creative ways to keep a larger audience engaged doing the same repetitive tasks. Changing up the background, the camera angle, getting in some mid-action close ups will help your visual storytelling a lot!! You’re probably seeing a high crash in views in the middle, when the same four shots are cycling through over and over, and then a high peek at the start of assembly. By combining parts that have the same narrative, or changing how the individual parts have a shot in the story, can help lessen the dip. There’s always going to be one, for the people whose attention spans are that of a gnat lol. Restoring on TH-cam is a hard market to cash in on, but I have hopes for you!! Really excited to see how you grow more!
Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed feedback. I truly appreciate your recognition of my resourcefulness in utilizing the tools at my disposal, as well as your insightful observations regarding the visual storytelling aspect of my restoration projects. Indeed, I am aware that the limitations of my toolset can present challenges in maintaining viewer engagement throughout the restoration process. Your suggestions about varying camera angles, incorporating mid-action close-ups, and altering backgrounds to enhance the narrative are both practical and valuable. I will certainly consider these strategies to improve the visual dynamics of my videos. The fluctuations in viewership that you mentioned are an important aspect of content creation, and I strive to keep my audience engaged despite these challenges. Your encouragement regarding my growth in this competitive field is greatly appreciated, and it motivates me to continue refining my approach. Thank you once again for your support and constructive input; it is invaluable as I work to develop my channel further.
First video I watched from you. I'm impressed by your eye for detail and perfection. Even without sandblasting! Great job sir, I immediately subscribed and hope to see more of your work in the future. All the best!
I both like and not that you get everything to a perfect finish pefore plating or painting. I sometimes wish to see more where the skill of the casting is showed off, with the defects still there. This was not a candidate for such a treatment but sometimes i would like to see that
If you're using a drill to spin a part like it's on a miniature lathe, is it really "hand" sanding? Still, an amazing before and after. Keep up the good work!
Not sure. I'm thinking that pips may have been bigger back in the days this was made. I'm no botanist but you can 'breed' different traits in plants. I've seen images of early vegetables and fruit and they are a far cry from modern produce. Smaller pips and more juice are probably optimal right? Just a thought.

You did an excellent job overall, but a true restoration would have involved the restoration of the nameplate, as well.
But nothing was written on the nameplate.

why do you all use filler, casting is not supposed to be flat like forged
Start your own channel and let your 1 subscriber watch how you would do it. Til then, stfu

@archangelspythons You two fun boys about finished?
You repeat the same process for each part separately, its boring and time waste. Change the way you present that
