This is a great overview. To get the best of it I suggest to employ a personalized AI tutor of the different aspects. As somebody who wants to learn those skills cannot progress by just reading or listening. Critical thinking tells me that this video is going to be too long. And therefore whatever benefit i would have otherwise gotten from it, is far out weighed by the amount of time i would save.
