Oil won’t strengthen over processed hair. You need protein and bond multipliers. Protein will help fix the elasticity, I always take a pouch of the aphogee 2 minute protein treatments to my hair appointments just in case. In the salon I get olaplex n1 in all my colour formulas, bleach and the toner afterwards. At home I use the redken extreme line and olaplex 3 , it might not be conditioning enough for natural hair but shea moisture have their yoghurt protein line which works similarly.

I definitely feel you. I'm going through a hormonal imbalance after removing the Mirena IUD and half of my hair has fallen out. I have always had "A LOT " of hair and know it's incredible how in a couple of months it's so thin and doesn't stop falling. I had plenty of medical test and different dermatologist and so on. So I started to go more to the natural remedies and relaxing as much as possible plus vitamins and healthy eating habits. I will love to try your oils but I can't use coconut oil it triggers some sort of allergy on my scalp.

Not that you asked for anyone’s opinion but I would recommend doing test strand to see how much of it is in your hair should you decide to color it in the future.

WOWWWWWWWW...... The irony in this for me is that after watching your video of you bleaching and toning your own hair YOU became my curly hair goals! (not to mention herbs/wellness and biz boss lady goals). Fast forward to only 5 months after going from 20inch curls in a natural black to platinum and I got too confident and triple processed! Only to have my hair fall out in clumps too!! I big chopped after a month of tears and uncertainty because there was NO WAY to revive what was left nor make it look cute. I had even less than you left :( All this happening has definitely led me on a journey of self-love and self-discovery-but I still dream of bleaching my now 2 inch hair blond all the time! LOL I am SHOCKED to see that the same thing happened to you considering how much thicker your hair was than mine to begin with. I know how hard it can be to go through this, no one really understand unless it's happened to them, so Thank You for being brave enough to share it! You're gorgeous!! I made many mistakes when I followed her ways of dealing with health and hair. She is just getting the bag and promoting stuff. She really don’t care about what will end up with us if we follow her remedies. Ones she told us to mix a lot of herbs and drink it. When I ordered it, it stank like sweaty pussy. and one time she said to drink juices 7 days long. My blood sugar went down and became all dizzy. And she always clips fake extensions in the end to make it appear that her hair is longer en fuller. This time she did not do it , but if you look the video from 4 months ago she did it in the ends

Finally! I was wondering what was going on. If you are going back blonde, please use OLAPEX. It is now available for consumers and it’s amazing (speaking from my own experience)! Also, chébé has been known to help with length retention, whether you use it in powder form or as an oil (plus it’s herbal and natural).

wooow I am so glad you posted this I feel so seen! I would LOVE to test the oil. I was stressed and overworking myself to where my hair shed out very heavily last year. Going from always having long, thick hair to a low bun EVERY day and not feeling comfortable wearing it curly in public has been a very! hard adjustment.

The EXACT same thing has happened to me where I was stressed last year and it took a major toll on my hair 😩🤦🏻‍♀️ plus a poor diet due to stress... I chopped 12 inches off due to thin ends and unevenness when I always had long, coarse, high density super thick 3b/3c curls... now it’s about shoulder length and my curls are a frizzy mess so I wear a low bun everyday until I can recover from whatever imbalance caused this hair tragedy

You look beautiful with dark hair. I really like the color. It’s great you have come so far. Glad you told your story. Natural herbs and oils are the way to go., I don’t know if you considered pure henna also ..I use it. It gives a reddish tint but it’s very conditioning and you can mix it with indigo for a darker hue. Henna comes in different shades but I would definitely look for the purity of it. It has made a world of difference and is inexpensive and is a color deposit. Something you can try at home that’s safe. The great thing is it gives me a very natural look and look and covers my gray hair. The best to you in your hair journey. Jen

Since I’ve been using olaplex no 3 weekly which has helped immensely but I am afraid that this is what may happen to me. If you don't know research Sea Moss. I promise it is the truth 🤎, it is great for the skin, I use it on my face 😊, and it calms my skin, tightens my face (helping with my large pores), I use with my warm facial steamer and see a huge difference in my face!! I also ingest it as well, with lemon it's natural flavor isn't bad, but the lemon helps 😊👍. I think I will start trying it on my hair now after her recommendation too. Keep in mind I source my sea moss from an island were it grows organically. Although, not all sea moss products are created equally some sellers/ companies mix things in their sea moss that don't belong in ur bodies, so u probably don't want that on your face either. I ask you do your research!!
I'm sharing because I wish I would have found it sooner. I hope every stays safe and blessed day!! ⛪🙏🏾✌😊🤎👌😘

Love this video. My curls did not keep well during or after my blonde journey. And I have those moods during the month as well. I decided to get a full undercut and shaved the majority of my head back in 2019. I loved it but I have since then grown it all back out. I'm about 12 inches post chop. All my blonde has grown out. I'm going to get a cut next month and do a possible strand test for returning back to blonde. It's calling me! I just wonder if I should try a really amazing wig first and see it I like it before I go and damage my hair again.?? By the by, I'd love to try your herb oil solution! Also, what is your ingested herb regimen??

Something similar happened to me. Overprocessed and chunks of hair started just falling off. I had to put my hair in a bun because i didn't know what to do but eventually i got sick of it because i was use to wearing my hair down and curly. I thought about getting extensions or even a wig. I ended up deciding fuck this shit I'm going to cut jt!. Mind you I've always had long curly hair the shortest i had it was to my shoulders and that was in elementary school. Well i ended up cutting into a short curly bob.
i fucking felt liberated! I didn't realize how much it was affecting me wearing my hair in a bun just to hold on to some random pieces of long hair 😂 i grew out my hair and now it's back to normal. Things that could help grow hair out 1. Scalp massages with it or without oil. 2. Make sure you're eating right. Good amounts of protein veggies. If you don't like eating veggies make smoothies! . 3. Vitamins could help as well BUT be aware taking high amounts of biotin can cause a reaction to some ex. Break outs. Please start off with the normal amount and eventually work yourselves up to higher amounts. Vitamins A, B,C, D ,E, zinc and iron all help . 4. Taking collagen! There's powdered collagen but be aware most stink if you take it with just water. Make it into a smoothies! Almond milk blue berries raspberries and some peanut butter. !.
