    Tribhuwana Tunggadewi or Dyah Gityarja
    Tri : Three

That's a badass name, oh she also held the title of Bhre Kahuripan (Duchess of Kahuripan also known as Kediri). In the second half of the 14th century, the kingdom of Singapura grew wealthy. However, its success alarmed two regional powers at the time, Ayutthaya from the north and Majapahit from the south. As a result, the fortified capital of the kingdom was attacked by at least two foreign invasions before it was finally sacked by Majapahit in 1398 [12][13][14]. The fifth and last king Parameswara, fled to the west coast of the Malay Peninsula.

Kublai Khan basically contributed immensely in founding Majapahit. It might not be his intention, in fact it's far from it because he wanted to invade the kingdom that went to become Majapahit. Because of the brilliant mind and political genius of one Raden Wijaya, the Great Khan's army was tricked and Raden Wijaya founded Majapahit Empire. The Majapahit Empire was the successor of the Singasari Kingdom.
The Majapahit Empire didn't just appear -Kalingga Kingdom (674), originating from another Kingdom: - Medang Kingdom (732-1006).
      - Kahuripan Kingdom (1019-1045). -Janggala Kingdom (1045-1136) and Kediri Kingdom (1045-1221).
-Singasari Kingdom (1222-1292 -Majapahit Empire (1293-1517). After the fall of Majapahit, they merged into the existing kingdom: -The Kingdom of Bali (914-1908).
-The kingdom of Bali was part of the protectorate of the Dutch Empire (1908-1945).
-The State of East Indonesia (1945-1950), then merged into:
-The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (1950- to this day).
Apart from Bali, Majapahit also merged into:
-The Sultanate of Demak (1475-1554), then split into three:
-Jipang Kingdom, Pajang Kingdom, and Kalinyamat Sultanate.
-Then one day it returned to the Sultanate of Mataram. Then split again into:
-The Yogyakarta Sultanate and the Surakarta Sultanate.
-This Sultanate of Yogyakarta is an independent country, never colonized by Europeans.
-All of them joined the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

There was civil war between these two and It wasn't stop until Sailendra clan based in Srivijaya (Sumatra) incited a rebellion after swifted and reclaimed east java and established Kahuripan kingdom by King Airlangga on 10C....so yes there is long long history behind it...and almost all related especially when we talk about the Nusantara empire and the south east Asian kingdom.

There was also a great empire from West Java know as Sunda-Galuh or Pajajaran. Sanjaya was the 4th ruler who unified two great empire in West Java into one. Sanjaya’s mother was the princess from Kalingga empire in Central Java or Known as old Mataram. Wangsa Sanjaya(Hindu Shiva) ruled in Mataram until wangsa Syailendra(Buddha Mahayana) from Sumatra came and ruled upon Mataram after defeated Sanjaya’s son (Rakai Panangkaran). The next ruler Rakai Pikatan from wangsa Sanjaya married to daughter of wangsa Syailendra and succeded to unify two wangsas after defeated wangsa Syailendra ruler which was his own brother in law with his wife help. 10th century it moved to Kediri (East Java) by the next ruler of wangsa Sanjaya - Mpu Sendok (known as wangsa Isyana). So the great ruler in Java has Sundanese blood, had unseparated history with Pajajaran. There where the mistery begins.

At that time, there's no Javanese or Sundanese ethnic group as we know today. The separation of Javanese and Sundanese as a different ethnic groups probably start during the time when Mataram moves it's capital to east Java, because of the center of each kingdom became farther, they started to differentiate. Salakanagara, the oldest kingdom of the island, is the ancestor of both Sundanese and Javanese.

    • @datukrajo1807

@@manusianusantara8854 Gending Sriwijaya is not the song that originally from the era of Srivijaya. It was made in 20th century century by Guruh Sukarnoputra who is Javanese. Palembang during 17th-19th century was heavily Javanized society. After the collapsed of Srivijaya after the invasion of Singhasari, Srivijayan Royal Family under Mauli Dynasty moved their capital and royal courts to Dharmasraya in Present day West Sumatra. They brought for themselves their culture, music, art etc. They found new Kingdom called Malayu Kingdom of Dharmasraya (you can search it on Wikipedia). This empire ruled much of Malay Peninsula, much of Sumatra (Except Lampung and South Sumatra) such as Jambi, Riau, West Sumatra, East Coast of Northern Sumatra, Bengkulu as well as Aceh.
On the other hand, a Native Malays who stayed in South Sumatra must accepted their new ruler, the Singhasari then Majapahit. They (Malays) started to adopt Javanese custom, cultures, and blend it with local Malays custom and cultures. It shown that Palembang Malay as well as other South Sumatran Malay language (Pasemah, Sekayu etc) have contained more Javanese loanwords compared to its Malays neighbor such as Bengkulu or Riau. They also adopted Javanese language for the Royal Court Language (Bahasa Palembang Halus) as well as other culture such as Gending itself instead of Rebab or Pantun. They also adopted Javanese Noble Title such as Permas, Raden, Raden Mas, Mas Ayu etc instead of traditional Malay title such as Datuk, Tuanku, Yang Di Pertuan, Tengku, Megat etc.
So i think, Gending Srivijaya do not represent the cultures of Srivijaya itself since it was made much latter after the downfall of Srivijaya. The song was heavily influenced by Palembang Sultanate Royal Custom (Which heavily Javanized). Nevertheless, the song was composed and written by Guruh Sukarnoputra who was indeed a Javanese

Seconds 0:34 Syailendra Dynasty did not rule in East Java as you stated but in Central Java, which has to be corrected.
After Syailendra Dynasty was ruined out of some rebellions & usurpation from within, King Wawa who was Hindust handed over his power to Mpu Sindok who was a Buddhist & King Wawa posed himself as a hermit & practised asceticism for the rest of his life near mount Lawu.
He then asked Mpu Sindok to marry his sister princess Isyana & to move the capital city in East Java. Mpu Sindok named the new kingdom as Medang & its dynasty as Isyana.
After nearly 1200 years long, the capital debris was just found in Ngronggot subdistrict, Nganjuk recency by the end of 2019, covering a large block of area of over 16 kms squared...

He is Malay but his religion was Hindu untill he converted to Islam and changed his name to Megat Iskandar Shah. Islam came to southeast Asia in 12 century. Before that Malays were Buddhist and Hindus. Stamford Raffles did not found Singapore. Before British came, Singapore was part of Johor, Melaka, Sriwijaya and Majapahit. And before that Singapore have their own Kingdom called Kingdom of Singapura ruled by Sang nila utama (MALAY). According to professor Oppenheimer from University of Oxford, Malays are the natives of Sundaland or now maritime southeast Asia. THIS IS OUR LAND. TANAH AIR KAMI. Don't claim it is yours. What kind of truncated history is this? At least the Indonesians are more acknowledging. Singapura, Jakarta and Nusantara are Sanskrit. Please do not use the label "Hindu". Its not authentic historically. Its a foreign label from the Middle East for people of India. Its Sanatadharna and the civilization is Bharat. They are curating this for a different audience so endonyms like you have mentioned may not work. And when they use the term “Hindu” it is also referring to a syncretic culture consisting of their own well-developed native traditions (their ancestors, native deities etc.) with a superstructure of the culture originating in India. It may also be that while they make specific mentions of the Chinese and others, they recognize these cultures for their foreignness; while when they do not attribute any credit to India, they are, in a way, taking this as their original, native, primordial culture; which to a great extent it is. The greatness of India is that she does not take credit for her contributions; you may be doing India a disservice with your complaint. Hinduism has never been about taking credit; may I refer you to the Bhagavad Gita itself where the main ethic is to do good work without expecting rewards or recognition.

Actually back then before Islam came in Indonesia. There was many war between other religion (Hindu and Buddha) and also war between other cultures (Java, Sumatera, Sundanese and Sulawesi). Islam united all that different tribes.

i think the chaos is started with tordesiilas treaty by pops julius 2, greed to gain 3G,
      Gold
      Glory
      and Gospel$hit.
it will be not forgotten, never.
while Islam take roots with moderate school of thought (not salafi wahabi) by walisongo from majapahit to kesultanan demak and mataram.
then we got hijaz comitee as countereffect of salafi uprising by saud empire, then evolve to NU organization, then we got MU that proclaim modern and use the term santri kolot/ islam kolot on others, yes it was divide et impera.
then MU most higher up got infiltrated by salafi ideology, and we got HTI and PKS, it does increase in 2000-2006 but it decline due to our awareness to extrimism of it.
believe it, intolerance... we mitigated it in Indonesia, only 5 to 10% is non moderate wahabi, even now Muhammadiyah ok with tahlilan.

Once a vassal always a vassal. Singapore is in a precarious situation. Sky-high cost of living, tax haven like inequality, aging population, limited resources, few lands, and on top of that the city state is facing climate change and limited Brain power access. Not to mention the rise of Indonesia and the stagnation of Malaysia.
The future of the city state in the next 50 years is bleak.
Either become part of Malaysia again or absorb by Indonesia.
I hope people in Singapore realize this.
Nothing last forever. Including Singapore's status.
Look at Japan. In the 80's people say Japan will leapfrog the US. Today Japan is declining, the same as Singapore.
