    I have defeated the bumpies on the back of my arms and my legs when I started dry brushing six months ago. My legs were looking scarily aged--like no more shorts and now support hose. I just started to dry brush daily and my legs look young again.

    I bought one of those massagers from your channel. Bought one one you used. It already arrived this evening. My husband used it for just a few minutes before bed. He said it helped already!he has the same pain in the area you do. He’s tried deep tissue from professionals as well and did feel a little better for that day. I bought it for him for Fathers’ Day but couldn’t wait until then to give it to him. I can’t tell you what a game changer it will be for him! I was so excited when I saw you with it. I told the seller how I found out about. Steph, just wanted to tell you that I felt so comfortable spending that kind of money, but I have always trusted your recommendations. I love the Lady Gaga lip crayons too! Thank you. I never miss a video. My name is Deb and I live in Dallas.

    You may want to take at least the daily dose of magnesium. And there are many different types, so finding the right one can take time. I had to switch when I went on keto. My mom also had to switch for another reason. She went on the one I stopped using, so it worked out, luckily. The magnesium will help some with the knots. But the red light is really good, it's just that unless you have enough magnesium, the knots won't release.

    Is Tommy Copper infrared better than heating pad?

    • @StephanieMarie
      @StephanieMarie  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes. A heating pad can help pain temporarily at a more surface level. LED infrared technology was invented by NASA and can reach deeper to address the pain better. In my experience, heating pads help me while they’re on, whereas this helps even later on.

I returned mine. Too bad because the red hot is the perfect Louboutin red and I liked it otherwise. No go. They’re at Walmart.

    I love videos like this!!! I already have some of these (or similar), like the Sephora brand stainless Gua Sha, which also has a rose quartz roller...it's just fantastic! I will be picking up the exfoliating mitt and the infrared neck thing, but I'm not gonna lie, I went to add the Kahi balm and was reading the description and saw it contains "PDRN, a material extracted from salmon sperm" and it totally grossed me out! 😳🤢😂 Loved the video!! ❤️

      @@AliF-zx8sk I got @ Walmart, on baby isle of all things. Like extra soft wash cloth on one side and very rough on other (sorta plastic). Was temp display. I used on my left arm & 🦵 leg compared to body scrub on right side.
      Hope that helps 🙏.

    I bought cotton nursing pads from Etsy and best for face care. Use and then throw in lingerie bag and wash.

      No - all my 2022 trips except one have been for Brooke! State & National dance competitions, College Tours during Mardi Gras week, and chaperoning her spring break trip. I had a girls trip with friends to NYC thrown in that was just for me. :)

      I don’t know what you mean by this. The video quality? Or do you not understand something? If it’s the quality, it’s 1080…make sure you have it selected in your screen preferences. Some videos default to a lower quality for no reason.

    I definitely had to change from this video. Tooooo much talking
    I'm sure someone must have sponsor her curly machine.

      Hi Bibi! Since I have no interest in going against the FTC or being dishonest with my viewers, I have ALWAYS disclosed sponsorships. Actually, had you paid attention before you typed your comment, you would have seen that this video IS sponsored...by a _different_ brand for a _different_ product, as it was _CLEARLY_ stated verbally during the video, on the screen, and in the description box. You can't have two sponsorships in one video 🤦🏼‍♀ The "curly machine", like many products I share, was purchased with my own money. I share _both_ favorites AND fails with my audience to help people make better buying decisions. I'll definitely keep your talking comment in mind the next time I film and just sit there and stare at the camera instead of talking. That will make for _such_ a helpful and interesting video. 🤣 Your pessimism/exit announcement was great though - extra engagement is always appreciated since they help boost the video. Have a great day!
