I don't know about you but keeping makeup off my masks has been quite the TASK so I brought back this old school tip on how to prevent makeup from smudging. This is a really amazing makeup transfer proof technique!! ENJOY!

Steps:
Primer
Translucent Powder
Contour + Concealer/Colour correct
Spray Ben Nye Final Seal onto brush + apply foundation to blend concealer and foundation (continuously spray between applications)
Spray a final Ben Nye spray + set with sponge
Setting/translucent powder all over face
Bake under eyes & anywhere needed
Do eye
Do blush
Do lips
Final seal and blend with sponge

As a girl who used to wear makeup EVERYDAY before covid, (eyebrows, concealer, powder, highlight). I think I’ve worn makeup like 4 times since April lol
I literally broke out the other day when I put foundation on and realized it was EXPIRED! That’s never happened to me! I literally do a little concealer where it will he seen and my brows and some mascara.

The BEST thing I ever did was start using my setting spray right after my foundation not at the end. Shout out to Jackie’s old videos.
I started wearing way more lip stains so that my lip color wouldn’t smudge around in my mask and it’s also a fun bright pop. I take my mask off and it’s like ‘surprise! You didn’t know I looked this cute under there, did you?’

Dry skinned folks:
I've tested this combo before: moisturizing primer and foundation. Then powder and setting spray like Jackie did (I'm too dry to powder before foundation like she does and I do live in a mountain climate, but if you're in warmer conditions or have oilier skin in drier conditions, you can powder after primer and you're good).
And I'm a makeup artist so i have a suggestion for a setting spray which is just as good as Ben Nye final seal, but less minty and alcoholy: Blue Marble SLR. Look it up.

Yes....Blue Marble SLR IS a less drying form of Ben Nye’s Final Seal. These are stronger versions of Urban Decay All Nighter so they can be more drying but I balance it out with hydrating setting sprays in between.

another technique that I love is setting my under eye with a pressed powder and then i bake that area. it lasts all day and is FLAWLESS

I spray my face with setting spray three times in the makeup process. I spray it before I put my primer on, after my foundation and at the end. I have such good luck with it that way!

I use cloth masks. Two uses (three max depending on how long I’ve worn it) before they’re thrown in the wash. I’d highly recommend having at least three or four in rotation. Throw them in a machine-washable bag with the rest of your clothes and you’re set for the week!
I did your reverse technique: contour, concealer, and foundation yesterday and HOLY COW! It looked so good!!

Pro tip: try to stay away from buying the ben nye final seal off of Amazon. Amazon resellers often jack up the price and sometimes give you a fake product. There are a lot of other places to purchase it online that are cheaper and you know you're getting the real deal.

Makeup tip from my training as a pharmacy tech. Creams are water based and absorb into the skin quicker than ointments and serums, which are oil based and sit on the skin longer. This is why for a bad rash you get an RX for an ointment vs a cream. The medication will stay on the sling longer. Same applies to your makeup.
My favorite is "Your eyes are the window to your skull." And when someone corrects you say soul reply "For those who have one."
