The best part about these Collectrons is the fact that whatever is in them doesn’t Spoil, and it doesn’t count against your Stash space. So you can keep the important things in there until you’re ready to craft with them.
I actually like the mundane camp items like ammo pile, turkey dinner, etc., things that add clutter to make your camp feel more lived-in. Seasons ago, there were toaster, desk fan, and typewriter on the score board, and I loved those. But I guess not many players did. Most players want their items sexy and special because they have to grind or pay for them. But I wish to have more mundane and boring items, such as plates and forks, so my dinner tables wouldn't look so empty.
As a junk collector I like to merge chessboards to ordinary tables or other furniture. Chessboards are display cabinets really and you can place any junk on top of them
A little constructive feedback. You should separate the Fallout 1st rewards from the items available to the general public. I believe that this was meant for new players. A new player probably doesn't have 1st.
The atom store added the utility generator suite today for 900 atoms (previously added earlier this year). This is definitely a treasure for camp builders because these generators radiate power up to 6 tiles away from what I've seen, so they will remove the need for many power conductors, which are costly to build in terms of camp budget.
If you drop merge a small fire into the pemmican producer it looks dope 👌 Edit: starlight berries are also good for crit food buffs (sweet mutfruit tea 100%crit 1h) and the higher percentage melee damage buffs.
That would be great. I don’t know why non irradiated sugar bombs would even exist in the game. We can make sugar bombs at sunshine meadows…but they should get irradiated over time like food spoils.
They should give us a machine that generates cranberry relish, like the ones that generate company tea and canned coffee, items that are not terribly difficult to get but a chore to farm. The collectron's 2% drop rate for cranberries is a bummer. And we all know cranberry relish is what we need it for. It's good for boosting XP gain.
@@brianas5624 But even farming cranberries (and sugar) that way becomes a chore eventually. That's why they gave us company tea machine and canned coffee machine, so we have two fewer things to worry about.
Can someone tell me if if you can get cotton candy bites from a collectron? I need them for gulper stuffed foot, which gives +5 strength for an hour, i think. Also, these stack with pepperoni rolls or yao gui pastries, meaning with both you get +100 carry weight for an hour. As a grade A hoarder, i couldn't live without either. Side note you need to be a carnivore to get that much bonus carry weight.

I think that the items are cool but compared to last season and the old seasons I feel like it's very slim pickings. Maybe they put all the effort into the expansion which is fine but hopefully next season will be better.
The collection from this season honestly looks pretty bad. The most useful item on the list is cranberries at an underwhelming 2% and starlight berries at a lowly 10%. They should've thrown in either radstag meat or Yao guoi meat as a wildcard item since they're the most useful meats that give you nice carry weight bonuses.
As an herbivore in the game, this new collectron it will be amazing to have in my camp. I'm currently having the communist one, but once I get the food, they start to spoil and I don't have to much space to put the Good with Salt card. Thanks for make my day better ❤
With the commie one, you can collect everything but the food and it won't start to spoil until you remove it. That way, it's basically a fridge+collectron in one
Invest in buying the military cryo freezer from Mortimer for 1250 gold bullion. Completely halts food decay as long as you store it in the freezer and your camp or any other of your camp (with said freezer in it) is active in the world.
