    Easy, practical and functional mod - timely too as I kept leaving my indicators on during the drive home today!

      hahaha, i work out what people need without them telling me then make videos about it haha, was a pleasure to rest them out on the motorway today

    My TT has been forced into daily duties for about 2 months due to engine failure in my Jag F-Pace so I’m ordering one of these adapters right now. It’s the only “modern” feature I miss while driving the TT. Nice one 👍👍👌

      Wow that’s a bit mad! Hope jaguar are fixing it for nothing! They mate the motorway driving that touch more pleasant that’s for sure

    • @TheParrottBros
      @TheParrottBros  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It is a luxury item that's for sure, needed... no, But a nice thing to have, certainly rather spend the money on petrol and ve driving it more

    Nice done this mod to lots of Golfs and TT's. However I use the kit that involves connecting into the wiring , bit more complicated however only £25 ish, and a smaller unit to hide under the dash .

    • @TheParrottBros

    Great video. Just wondering if there is a reason my 225 tt does not have the cluster controls on the wiper stalk. Cant seem to find a answear?

    • @TheParrottBros
      @TheParrottBros  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The left stalk is cruise control which not all cars were fitted with. The stalk on the right hand side is for the dash cluster control. If your car doesn’t have that someone’s fitted the wrong one on at some point

    Hi Dom, I've got a 2011 tts, I'm getting a carly thing in the next couple of days, buy I'm not sure you can change the indicators to look like the new ones, instead of just flashing, is there any way to change them to scroll like 5hey have in the new models instead of just flashing? I don't really know alot about cars!

    • @TheParrottBros
      @TheParrottBros  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey buddy, I believe that you can’t just change them to be sequential, you can play with obd/ vcds to make them indicate differently but not sequential as far as I’m aware

  • @AM-yd8xi
    @AM-yd8xi ปีที่แล้ว

    Do the hazard lights work after connecting this thing?

    • @TheParrottBros
      @TheParrottBros  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes everything still works as it should, this just adds the three indications when the stalk is moved

    Great wee mod. I got a TT like yours a couple of months ago and have been sorting through its issues. The Bose concert radio sounds really good but when it’s switched off and the ignition is on there is quite a loud hiss through the speakers. I haven’t been using it and have kept the fuse out, is this a known issue? Is there a simple solution, other than just not using it?

    • @TheParrottBros
      @TheParrottBros  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I know there is issues where the stereo even when off is still staying on and causing battery drains, it could be something simple like electrical interference causing the noise,
