It's not often we see spaceships from "Doctor Who" made into sets! I would like it if they released a lights and sound version of the iconic Time War Era Dalek Saucer/warship as a toy! Wouldn't that be a cool toy to have?
Great review as always! Agree that it would look better with some weathering. While the upper 3 panels are annoyingly loose, the lower three seem fixed but WILL also pull off - wiggle them as you pull. The ball 'nubbin' is on the panel and fits into a hole in the main body.
batmanmarch Why isn't Doctor Who toy companies making larger spaceship toys like the 2005 Time War Era Dalek Saucers [with no included figures] for example? I would really like to have a lights and sound Dalek Emperor Saucer ship with my Diamond Select and Playmates Toys Star Trek Ship collection.
Hey there Im playing around with making a model of a Dalek flying saucer out of cardboard and things like that for 3 inch Dalek figures maybe one where you could open up the dome in the middle and see the Dalek interior. Knowing your affinity for dioramas and the like I thought I should let oyu know. Keep up the good work pal!
to keep the shields on you could put some little pieces of tape on the ball joints, (sticky side down) I did a similar thing with my 10th/9th doctor sonic screwdriver to keep the pen lid from falling off.
ordered one, i was thinking maybe drilling holes and adding springs so the arms can retract and extend. also i will probably add a better locking mech to the dalek.
Hang on, a new series sontaran with ship would be a cool set to have? Who are you & what have you done with the real Matthew lol. I was in the wolverhampton Forbidden planet on Monday & I saw a few of these 3.75" figures including the genesis daleks & I want a couple. They're the same scale as 16mm gauge railway stuff too so it'd be pretty cool to have a couple in a guards van or something. Maybe a doctor figure in the cab or something so all of a sudden, the 3.75" range has a little more appeal in that sense but I already have two shelves full of 5" figures that it'd be daft to suddenly down tools & move onto the smaller figures
Do you have the Corgi Die Cast Daleks or the miniature pull back talking or Roll-A-Matic Daleks from Product Enterprise and put them in the Dalek Patrol Ship since there were three Daleks operating in the episode?
I still refuse to give my money to these ridiculous scale figures. 5" was nice and they used to do the pullback 3.5" daleks. Which actually were nice, why not do both ?! AGGHH
I had been collecting the 5 inch range since the start and even though I stopped buying en masse in 2010 and bought mainly TARDISes, Doctors, Companions and Daleks, I felt so dismayed at the size change...just as we were getting a new Doctor, we cannot have so many variants of the 11 Doctors in 5 inch and not get a definitive Twelfth Doctor figure. Its madness. All the 3.75 range is a step down in quality and a detraction from a formerly great range.
its nice to see that your giving the 3.75 line a try, this is a great product and i really do like it! it would be nice to see the black and silver version released a some point to. th-cam.com/video/EF3rG8EJ4eE/w-d-xo.html
With a bit of customisation and modification to the vehicle, it could make a Dalek Emperor for the 3" 3/4 range

I honestly think the daleks in this scale are adorable... :D
Yeah and they look more detailed because of how they were downscaled from the 5 inch daleks

Priestess Paula chihiro?

God I hate the 3.75 inche figures, I do plan to by this though, gonna try and make an emporer from it.
Will you do a classic doctor who action figure collection?
Do you have the Corgi Die Cast Daleks or the miniature pull back talking or Roll-A-Matic Daleks from Product Enterprise and put them in the Dalek Patrol Ship since there were three Daleks operating in the episode?
Of this scale, I think I'll only get the Daleks and any classic characters, if any come out, that is.
I wish they bring back the original size of figures😔
me too
Well you’re in luck
I still refuse to give my money to these ridiculous scale figures. 5" was nice and they used to do the pullback 3.5" daleks. Which actually were nice, why not do both ?! AGGHH
my side bits fall off too and are loose. Not just yours
all of the toys have loose panels, use blue tack to keep them in place, thats what I did and its fine now
krazycheese123 No one ever makes anything right these days...
Mine aren't that bad, only the back one is a little loose!
Great reviews but they only reinforce my decision to not buy the 3.75 inch range. I think I'd only buy Rose Tyler
May I ask why?

I've got this but I customised the dalek
will you review Amy's choice I really like that episode and would like to now what you think of it batmanmarch thanks
I have two of these, the side panels on both are useless, they fall off far, far too easily. Looks nice, but don't breathe near it.
It is the same thing with me they come off so easily
My one's fine which I got even got from a charity shop for a fiver, so I think it's just the joint things on yours mate
Good review!
