I'd love to see a 5 inch Nightmare In Silver set come out. 11th Doctor with different bow-tie and waistcoat and, of course, a Cyberman. It'd be nice to see a proper 5" Clara as well. Anyway, great review, as per usual.
Hi Batmanmarch! I have been watching your videos for a while now, and u have really inspired me to create Dr Who Adventures! I really loved your eighth doctor stories, and will be sad when u stop making them. Thank You
The old Doctor and 12th Doctor heads are so good in terms of sculpting and paint apps but the actual young 11th Doctor head is pretty terrible on mine. Bad paint job, a seam all the way around the head from the mold and that line across his hair where the front part isn't stuck on very well.
Can you do a review of the 3.75 inch Cyberman from 'Nightmare in Silver'? I know you weren't a fan of the 2006-2011 Cybermen, so I'd like to know your opinion on the new models. Do you think they're too much like Iron Man and/or the Borg? Or do you like the fact that they're more faithful to the classic Cybermen?
@7pitpat7 the Borg only took the idea of augmented biological lifeforms from the Cybermen, if there was any idea-taking going on at all (cyborgs exist in the real world, so it's possible that the people who created the Borg didn't even know what the Cybermen were). But the Borg could quickly adapt to any attack that was effective against them, something that the new Cybermen are also able to do.
If the Nightmare in Silver Cyberman resembles any previous model, then it's the 2006-11 version. And how does it fo back to the originals? Thwy stand around doing nothing but be monsters and constanly upgrade, which is more robotic than ever.
I think I understand the reason why some pieces in this set are presented as they are. When the 3.75" Regenerated Twelfth Doctor was being made in the previous year, the only photos and source material the designers had included the image of Peter Capaldi that was realised when he was announced for the role with his hand doing a strange gesture, and they tried to copy the expression his face was making, and another photo used must've been the Twelfth Doctor photo seen on the box, where if you tried to look at it, it looks like his button his loose, so it was mistakenly thought that his button was undone and the chest piece took that design.
Hey there - I'm going to England in a few months and if you get a chance, I'm wondering if you can recommend any good toy stores and/or comic book shops. I'll mostly be in London, but I'm looking for places that would have Doctor Who toys and other Who merchandise. I don't know where you live, but I thought I'd ask anyway. Thanks!
I know you said you're still editing the last few episodes, but do you now know when the second part of the third series of the Eighth Doctor figure adventures will come out?
Yeah won't buy the cop out tiny versions as I have said before but a 5 inch set as mentioned below most certain and this one now checking Forbidden Planet now.
I believe Hulu and Daily Motion. Netflix sometimes as well. Barnes & Noble sells most of the Classic Doctor Who DVD's....especially Tom Baker's episodes. He is a phenomenal Classic era Doctor to start with. An iconic Doctor for sure!
Makes me realise how good that costume/outfit was. Love the spotted bow-tie, watch and colours of the coat.
So much better than the shirt and tweed!
Some trivia: this was filmed at my flat. I was falling asleep on the bed next to Matt as he filmed. Oh yes it was.
Lol
Odd how the 5inch range has "ended" yet we are getting these great sets which are really popular and stuff we want
The Capaldi's head is either doing a Spock impression or a Roger Moore James Bond.

The old 11th doctor's cane was actually made from a krynoid in the stories of trenzalore
Take it from the gecko

Well the Borg took the idea from the cyber men
No shit Sherlock

This is a good figure. Too bad the New Who doesn't hold a candle to the original, Old Who.
Can you put handles head on the pandorica guard body

What were they thinking when they sculpted this 12th Doctor head??
Can you tell me where on your channel is the collection video
Thanks for the review! I can't find it on Forbidden Planet, where can you go to get this set?
Elderly Eleventh Doctor looks like McCoy a bit, you could do the same for McCoy as well!
I know you said you're still editing the last few episodes, but do you now know when the second part of the third series of the Eighth Doctor figure adventures will come out?
Could you imagine the twelfth doctor wearing the MS original S5 outfit?
Nice review matt!
Brilliant set, brilliant review!
That Capaldi face looks kinda like Jeremy Clarkson 😂
great review! i love this figure!! and handles haha
Please can you do your favourite figures of each doctor?
Yeah won't buy the cop out tiny versions as I have said before but a 5 inch set as mentioned below most certain and this one now checking Forbidden Planet now.
are you the biggest doctor who action figure reviewing channel on yutube
Looks really good but I think I will be going after the Fourth Doctor first as Tom's my favorite.
In the doctor who book the Tales of Trenzalore is says that his walking stick is made out of a Krynoid
Link for it?
How long is it?
Can I use the swappable heads on the other doctor set?
Aaron McMahon no
It is a pity that the 12th Doctor doesn't have that wonderful face detail with all the lines. Quite a shame.
Wait if he was on there for 300 or 900 years on something.
Shouldn't this be The Doctor's longest surviving body?
Nah, the eighth doctor spent a few thousand years somewhere
Does anyone know any good sites to watch classic who
