Shepard Hut wheel hub manufacture

A friend of mine who builds quality Shepard huts asked me to make 4 simple wheel hubs to allow pneumatic tyres to be temporary fitted to allow for ease movement around fields, shows and exhibitions, I was given drawings of their requirement. Rather than making from large solid round bar, it was machined from 65mm round bar with a large diameter flange of 12mm thick plate welded. Once the hut is then in its desired location then the original cast wheels would then be remounted. The manufactured hubs are not designed to be used on a public highway or at high speeds.

I am looking for the same solution to ease the relocation of my hut. Do you make these to order?

I could, well anybody could really, I only did it to help a friend out, it took me ages to do it with a lot of material removal, if I could find some thick wall tube with a slightly smaller ID than the hut axle OD then that would cut down on a lot of machining, if you are serious then email me on [e-mail] Thanks.
