I printed everything up to Polycarbonat whit the Nano polymer adhesive! When i got it i was unsure got to tell you, but after the 4th print i realized i had a perfect product and i got stock whit a bunch of other chemicals that i had no use for anymore, except the PVA for paper gluing. This was 2 years ago, have not printed whit out it since.

I was kind of hoping to see more examples of how the Nano Polymer didn't effect the print bed finish on the parts. Even if it's a fallow up short. We know that Nano Polymer works, so the next question is does it fill in the tecture of the refracal "Rainbow" smooth plates. The one you use in the the demo has a more defined physical texture to it (so does the carbon fiber looking one) so it's harder to fill in if that make senses.

Since you asked what we'd like to see printed... I'd like to see a star with a LOT of sharp points on it printed on one of the rainbow-effect print beds. It'd be a good demo for both showing off sharp edges not delaminating, but also show off the rainbow effect that (theoretically) would get transferred over to the print. I'm admittedly still not sold that the rainbow pattern would show through despite the additional coating though... 🤔

Well for PP I found that PPrint in Germany has really nice plates or addition's to the build plate which makes adhesion easy.

I girded my loins before visiting the purchase link, expecting crazy pricing, and I wasn't disappointed.
    Good ol' supply and demand.

$19 and $45 bottles -- options, competitive with all the others out there :) We also have hundreds of positive Google, Facebook, and website Reviews! :)

@@VisionMiner Ya, I'm not question the quality of the product, just bemoaning the fact that 125ml of liquid in a squirt bottle is $45. But I'll get over it. :)

Can you use this for gluing wood to wood

Is this really recommended for textured PEI (the gold ones)? I've noticed it seems to take a lot more Nano Polymer to cover them and it doesn't seem to spread very smoothly as if it's pooling into all those valleys. I've tried thinning the adhesive with IPA so I can spray it on with a spritz bottle but the results have been mixed.

Would u advise using this on an infinite z axis printer like the Creality Cr-30?

    • @VisionMiner
      @VisionMiner  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Actually, yeah -- @joeltelling swears by it, a lot of the CR30 guys absolutely love it, I know there's some posts on twitter somewhere! You do use a good amount on the belt, but then it's infused for a good amount of time.

@@VisionMiner awesome great to know thanks! I’ll definitely be grabbing a sample bottle to try it out. I’m new to the 3d printing/scanning world but it’s so cool!

Got really excited about the product, but was disappointed to see that you don't ship to South Africa.

We have a few international dealers, who may be able to, but if you know any South African 3D Printer stores, please have them contact us, and we will set them up as a dealer! :)

I like this stuff. I hate the packaging. Both the bag it comes on and the container that holds the fluid. Use an applicator similar to magigoo. The bottle brush method is annoying.

OMG thank you, I was wondering about this too! Especially since Thomas Sanladerer did his video and found bad bed adhesion (th-cam.com/video/kQRKqAKfILs/w-d-xo.html). I swear by VMNP but I really thought any coating on the bed would ruin the transfer of the texture but apparently not! I have bought all the new PE* build plates (and previously bought some P-Flats) for my Bambu Lab X1 Carbon but haven't printed with them much. Now I'm going to give them a try.

Compared to every other adhesive -- it's actually a better deal. Aside from working on virtually every material -- assuming you're just using PLA or PETG, the basics -- why should you spend the money? By volume, it's competitive with the other top brands -- but when it comes to applications, and how many times you can print per application -- we blow the competition out of the water :) Don't take our word for it, we have a satisfaction guarantee!

After starting to use this nano polymer adhesive...I'm learning you only need a few drops. Using as described you do nothing more than blow straight to the bottom of your 45 dollar bottle lol. I get away with spreading 15-20 drops spread with a small flat paint brush (I threw included brush straight into the trash were it belongs lol)
