That was quite a drive. Congratulations to Cutie for winning the medal and good luck with the Common Entrance Exams. I know you will do well. I sat that years ago when I was 10. Still remember going to the School by Middle Street I think it’s Christ Church school to sit the exam. I passed but did not get a scholarship. Missed by 4 marks. My dad had to pay $40 a term to send me to the convent school. He never let me forget it. Do those houses you passed cost a million Guyanese dollars or US$. Slim your hair looks really nice.

I ,too, remember The Common Entrance Exams. I took it's predecessor The COUNTY SCHOLARSHIP in 1959, but didn't achieve a SCHOLARSHIP to QUEEN'S COLLEGE, GEORGETOWN. Instead, I QUALIFIED and had an automatic Place at CORENTYNE HIGH SCHOOL. Could have been my First Choice BERBICE HIGH, NEW AMSTERDAM, but the travelling decided against it. Nevertheless, I Passed my Exams and went on to Teach at CORENTYNE HIGH SCHOOL for 5 years until my departure to UK 🇬🇧 for Medical Studies. Common Entrance Exams gave so many great Opportunities 👍.

You know, having done North America for GEOGRAPHY in High School, it's always been my DREAM to visit CANADA 🇨🇦, especially VANCOUVER! I, too, am now happily RETIRED for 14+ years. @@muff-puff. the funny thing is as a kid in GT, my teacher only taught us about Newfoundland, so when Dad said we were moving, we thought it was there, all I know is, he did not want to move to Toronto, which he called Little Guyana, he said we are starting over from Scratch to learn new culture and new routines, and here we stayed for 52 years
Its a nice video the places is ok the homes but the rods are no good drivers may need to change tires brakes shacks and other parts every 2 mths tx for sharing 😎 🖕
