Great connection between the makers of this. Derrick you can connect the truths as good as anyone ever has. Thank you for paying attention and understanding Lewis Mumford and planting seeds of brilliance for the better for all. What a heart it takes to stay with all this. Thank you all involved for this effort. Bravo.
I loved learning more about Lewis Mumford, one of those familiar names I wasn't super connected to. :-) My favorite bit was Derrick elucidating the appropriate rationality in not developing superfluous refrigerators. The images along with that - so good! The piece brought to mind a lecture, years ago at the Center for Land Use Interpretation, about the development of the organizational grid of the USA - rivers > trains > autos > internet. The internet part focused on the "carrier hotel" called One Wilshire in Los Angeles and nodes on the lines. The shape of things of people. Also, something Derrick said, about what one person can make, reminded me of Thomas Thwaites' toaster project. Mind blowing, really! Looking forward to future episodes!
Money is the tool, way, means, etc to keep the hierarchy in place. That is all money effectively does in a return for it's use in a society that I can see.
Incredible work. I can't believe how few views there are.
Thank you! Please feel free to help get it out there.
YOU ARE BACKKKK! YUUHUUUHU!
Glad to see you're back! Keep it up
Devastating. I gave up my car thirty years ago. This is an important documentary.
Super interesting and captivating. Thanks a lot for the video. It will have me thinking about it for days, maybe weeks, or in a way forever.
You're welcome! Thank you.

Oh you should make it! The more stories to get us out of the screen, the better!
