I feel like the reason BJ still has his muscles during the coma is because Anya was deliberately keeping his muscles active for no other reason than she thought he was hot like that. There's a scene in the asylum where he flashes back to Anya bathing him and ogfling his muscles

I completed Wolfenstein Old Blood on Uber. The only best Alternate history game I ever played.

nice april fools joke and I hate to be that guy (I dont lol), but I used to set up electricity under decks at this resort and I had to go through a hole about that size. That said it was more square while im 3 inches shorter than BJ and we'll say fatter than him lol. You also wouldnt go through how he is, you do one, arm then the head, then the other arm and shimmy through.
