I was about to comment what you posted about the hands. Along with the feet being gyroscopic robotic platforms to allow for the suit to remain upright on incline surfaces as the soldier walks/runs/jumps. The average soldier is meant to fit inside one of these suits of armor. So, 172cm individuals roughly.

i was thinking that with a high enough budget and enough tools you could make something that works like in the game. if you have hydraulics running from the middle of your PA's forearm to your PA's shoulder and from calf to thigh. you would have to make it out of titanium/aluminum with kevlar at the joints. the helmet should have a light a speaker and a gas mask filter because why the fuck not. there should be cold water veins running through the armor to stop over heating and the ac unit inside the armor should be located in the big ass box on the torso. once that is done you will have armor that can stop pretty much any pistol round (excluding things like 500 mag) and a lot of rifle rounds like 5.56 and 7.62x39. and in hand to hand combat you will be completely unstoppable.
A great choice my friend , its clean not rusty and it has so many options than t60 its got heated seats , air conditioning , Bluetooth heck it even has a built in micro wave lol

But T&A workshop did help make the secondary sets seen walking in the backgrounds and such. Freddy Schramm, the guy with the quirky smile wearing the power armor in this vid that he assembled and painted, also collaborated in making one of those secondary sets. He sculpted some of the new parts for that, not sure if they reused any of the molds for other parts from this one. Such a fun thing to stumble on in a 5 year old vid when casually researching T-60 builds, yet it also makes complete sense.
