Hi I loved the idea of using a pkg of powder coconut milk in addition to the liquid coconut milk !!! It did make a difference making my callaloo taste so rich & tasty. Likewise, it was the best Callaloo I have ever made... thank you very much for sharing this recipe
Carrots,, bell pepper & celery isn't part of the Original Ingredients for callow. Mostly fresh coconut milk or the canned one now. Take it from an experienced cook.
