    This looks so good Natasha, thank you for sharing another yummy recipe. I add about 2tbsp or so of grated cheddar cheese along with the golden ray, it gives it a really nice flavour.

    Hi I loved the idea of using a pkg of powder coconut milk in addition to the liquid coconut milk !!! It did make a difference making my callaloo taste so rich & tasty. Likewise, it was the best Callaloo I have ever made... thank you very much for sharing this recipe

    Good simple recipe. Would collard greens and swiss chard work in place of the dasheen u think? I have a bunch of those in the fridge but no dasheen

    If I am cooking it in a regular pot, how long should I let it cook for?

      Until everything is tender. Once tender process . It should take about 30 mins.

      Another person didn't want celery lol. Remember recipes can be altered depending on what you like.

      Carrots,, bell pepper & celery isn't part of the Original Ingredients for callow.
      Mostly fresh coconut milk or the canned one now.
      Take it from an experienced cook.

    That’s a beautiful looking callaloo, I don’t like the taste of that crab flavor the pot.
