Hey some features you have forgotten is the fact that the USB port can be used not only for charging but also for high-res listening (The Momentum 4 is the only headphone in the world with that feature) , you can also use the wire without having to switch them on (great when battery is completely dead or want to save power). The earcups can be removed; they are just glued, and you can easily replace them. The microphone is one of the best for phone calls. I used it in all conditions, and never have I heard a complaint about how I sounded. I have had mine since Dec 2022.
Do they REALLY work well without turning them ON for wired connectivity?... Also, using the USB-A cable limits you a lot because you'll need a dongle from USB-A to USB-C and connect them to your phone... As far as I can remember, there are brands that sell headphones with both 3.5 audio jack and USB-C cables (USB-C type being the one for charging AND hi-res audio)... So, why would Sennheiser use an old USB-A sided cable for hi-res audio? USB-C also allows you to charge faster and have better data transfers. Is the sound via wired audio cable (3.5 jack to 2.5jack) better or the same as from bluetooth connection? Thnx!
@@chev3893 I OWN TWO MOMENTUM 4. When used wired while turned off, they do work well, just like old-fashioned headphones with a flat EQ. In that situation, you can not use the EQ or the ANC on the app because they are off, which is normal. I use a USB-C (both sides). I NEVER USED the one in the box. Any wired connection is ALWAYS better than Bluetooth, as the data does not go through any compression. To appreciate Hi-Res audio, YOU MUST LISTEN FROM A HIGH-RES SOURCE. IPHONE IS NOT ONE OF THEM, as they are stuck to AAC codecs only. I use TIDAL (one of the best for High-Res audio) instead of Spotify on Android, and the difference is night and day when wired. On a computer make sure the audio file is High-Res.
Your promo needs a little correction...the ear cushions are replaceable, it's even mentioned in the manual. Sennheiser does sell them on their website under the parts section. And please, don't encourage people to use their headphones for running or working outs. They're not meant to be used in such conditions. They're not IP-rated, not water/sweat resistant and if any water-ingress related stuff happens, the warranty will be voided straight away. For these sort of activities, proper, ip-rated ear buds are the only way to go.
These type of YT's they don't even check the details in the box of the products they're reviewing... so ironic! Many fall down into their own traps where the most important details are dismissed just because of laziness and lack of reading.
I've been soured on Seinnheiser over the years. They seem to be more focused on pushing out an updated product every 2 years rather than engineering a great product that doesn't get refreshed for 5 years+ Imma blame this on the True Momentum Witeless Earbuds 1-4
I hated these when I first got them, because they sounded very average straight out of the box, but when you do the hearing test and tweak the results, they sound fantastic.
@brokenamvs9707 when you do the hearing test, you end up with a grid made of dots, with a ball in the middle. Simply move the ball around to add, or subtract certain frequencies. You can always go back to the original position, if you don't like your changes.
@brokenamvs9707 well, personally, mine is set near to the bottom edge and right hand corner, but this may not suit your personal taste, or hearing profile. It's worth having a play around with it.
Are you making a detailed video comparing the Airpods Max, Sonos Ace and Sony wh5? I tried them all and the Sound ist Fire, I found the Sennheiser the best. also from the price-performance ratio.
@@Fredo.heavyy Thanks for the reply brother! How about the special edition with copper accents? I'm confused between these two. Graphite is $22 more than the copper one in India.
Lame "review"... got nothing from this video, at least nothing relevant! Please check what others say and SHOW from this product and others as well, take notes and get better at this! also you're misleading costumers by telling them to run and do outdoor activities when the brand has stated AND IT SAYS IN THE BOX, that these are not IP-rated headphones... so water and other elements can deteriorate the headphones and warranty would be useless in those scenarios!....
Thanks for showing the graphite color way. They look more premium in this color than the default black ones.
I'm glad they sent you the graphite, I've already watched a ton of vids but I wanted to see the graphite in action and it looks dope. thanks

Thank you, most youtube videos are only reviewed white or black version, only you reviewed the graphite. Now I know which to buy.

Indeed they are replaceable, yes!

How does it look with sound leakage in momentum 4’s? Is there any? If yes, is it bad?
Minimal sound leakage almost zero if say
Just a heads up that the ear pads actually do come off, you can buy replacements or upgrades online
Had few other comments bring that to my attention, thank you!

Same with XM5 s
how did you tweak it?

As always your reviews are honest straight to the point and practical. You deserve way more subs.
This is actually quite misleading.

Is left and right channel sound imbalance fixed in Sennheiser momentum 4 ??
Yes.
Is that the graphite colour variant?
Yea it’s the graphite version, honestly the best looking color way in my opinion

@@akashts7763 I am personally going for the copper one since i want to save my 22$ lol and also the copper ones don't seem to look bad by any means
You can snap the ear cups off. It’s pretty easy actually.
5k soon💪💪
please change the screen guard.
I heard they sounds low

Lame comment and your comprehension skills are very low.
Watch the video again at slower speed, use your ears and lose the mask.
