After uninstall with office support tool. Did you download the deployment and configuration files following the video and run setup. th-cam.com/video/LfM5GwcTdV4/w-d-xo.html If yes then problem is with your windows.

I did how you shown in video, official website or not how to identify,I entered the site watsup download that u shown in video ,after that I clicked on watsup download for Android,apk downloaded but not installed

Clear cache and data in file manager. Clear cache and data in google play service and in Google play store. Restart your mobile and then download from here on your mobile. bit.ly/3wFft1k
