Then I'd say that that's pretty good. Decks take tons of time to refine, and combo decks can be among the worst to get right because the balance between card draw for the pieces and defensive cards to survive can just kill you if it's off.

This reminds me of a hilarious video where a Chinese streamer plays a mechathun deck WITHOUT a mechathun, he just draws his whole deck then wait for the opponent to concede, it's actually quite effectiive.
@@w415800 Lul, reminds me of those hover over face mage games where they assume you've lethal burn.
@@HighLanderPonyYT The guy was playing in wild, where mechathun are at a disadvantage against the abundance of mill decks and dirty rat shenanigans, this bluff strat means the opponent can never mill or pull the mechathun, but he needed a couple of minions kept in hand for dirty rat to pull.
I once let myself get exodia'd, just cause I hadn't seen the combo in person yet. People need to learn to enjoy losing to cool stuff.

thats why people are playing this disgusting thing. I don't care that its good, I care that now 1 in 3 matches is going to take 40 minutes. AND because its good its 40 min just to lose.

That interaction between Ziliax and wrath was wrong. It shouldn’t be able to do damage to the shield, pause to allow the shield to drop, and then do damage to ziliax, but not pause to let ziliax die after the first half of the second wrath. Ziliax should have died and so the 1 damage portion of the spell shouldn’t have cast, OR the divine shield should have eaten both parts of the first wrath.

That's how the choose both for wrath works, its 2 different instances of damage, but since it's still a single spell zilliax has to wait for it to finish casting to die.
There's also no "pause to allow the shield to drop," the bubble just pops as soon as the minion would take damage. Divine shield doesn't make a minion immune to Volcano or similar effects so I'm not sure why you'd expect the shield to absorb two different instances of damage here.
