    Honestly I'm really impressed , watched all most all your videos , plan to start my own factory in Nigeria ....my question is this scale u are right now ...can $100k get all the equipment ? ...just equipments

    Dylan, enjoy your videos. Now this is not criticism, merely an observation During processing when you heat the product, it emits (vapors), not fume. You get fume when you weld.

    In your video I saw that you using Choco Vision tempering machin, if you don't mind can you tell me how I temper my chocolate after I remove it from the melanger by this machin?
