Finally someone at Christopher Ward is now taking the brand in the right direction at long last. An outstanding piece requires an equally outstanding in-depth review which this most certainly is in every detail and aspect of horology. One last point I feel that I must comment on was the very derisory comment made about you being the poor mans Tim Mosso is wrong. In every way. The amount of detail and research that you do is very much appreciated on TH-cam by a very large number of appreciative viewers 👍 Tam.

I have made 132 videos in the last 13 months; and received hundreds of comments on my videos. The majority of comments have been positive. However a minority of comments have been; negative, critical, trolling, hatred. That is just something one has to deal with being a content creator. I have a policy of not replying to trolling comments, and simply delete the comment and block them from my channel. Often the motivation for criticism is envy. Viewers see I own a Rolex, or see me getting gifted watches from brands, or paid by brands; and are envious of these things. They would like to have these things themselves but cannot. Unlike many other watch channels I have a policy of not accepting Patreon, or Paypal donations. I don't expect my subscribers to pay me for my content. So if one is getting free content to watch, one shouldn't be critical of it. Over the last 13 months I have made gradual improvements to my content; upgrading from 1080 HD to 4K HD. Then upgrading the sound, lighting, and sound proofing my studio. These kind of upgrades cost, so they have to be done gradually using the Google AdSense revenue, and also payments from brands, or the sales of gifted watches. Critics often don't appreciate the cost of producing 4K content. My 4K camcorder, tripod, microphone, lighting, soundproofing; cost me over 1000 Euro alone. That is before buying watches to make reviews. Of course it is easy to just post negative comments calling me a "poor mans Tim Mosso" etc. Viewers think it is easy to press record on a camera and talk about a watch in detail for 15-20 minutes straight. The few that try it themselves; then realise it isn't so easy. Regards.

Thorough video.. I’ve been looking at buying my first Swiss automatic now for a year+.. somehow everything always looks like it’s flawed in some shape but this just looks epic.. I also like the brands story and it aligns with my personal values…

If someone had a bi-directional bezel, I'd buy one. Know these are meant for diving but how many of us Dive vs needing to time something or count down something

Thanks for the review, it served as a very good appetizer to the Super Compressor I bought today and which I am very much looking forward to. I got a version with a blue bezel and an orange strap. 😃 Btw since you said in the video that tritium has become obsolete, tritium tubes are still being used by at least two companies, namely Ball and Traser, the latter being owned by the company producing the most widely used tritium tubes, in fact I have one watch from each of these companies and I love that kind of illumination.

Prefer the rubber strap look..shame the strap short. Got a 7.5 inch wrist.. will be annoying to wear with it being short. Or do you think it'll be fine?
