The Ultron quote had nothing to do with Ultron, but it had everything to do with the Avengers and nearly every other modern superhero.
The Verge wrote an article some time ago that, political leanings aside, did an excellent job pointing out how superheroes never do anything to improve the world anymore. Just protect the status quo, awful as it is, because change is too messy.
As a defense of himself, yeah, the Ultron quote falls flat. But as an attack on the Avengers, it's spot-on.
the ultra quote and joker seem to be the most relevant for a functional society. if people are to evolve then they must change both mentally and physically.

The tai lung parts stuck with me the most
Imagine spending what, 20-25 years of your life for something that you think are destined to become (because those goals were planted in your mind by others) and when you're at your peak at last, believing that you're ready, you're rejected by master and foster parent, and in your darkest hour, no one supports you let alone help you recover from the disappointment. And no people, tai lung rejected shifu's apology because shifu never taught tai lung the importance of self control and forgiveness. Becoming the dragon warrior was the only reason tai lung was training for, just because those pointless dreams were planted in his mind by shifu
From Shifu perspective you could say he only wanted the best for him. Even has a little cub, he genuinely wanted him to be the dragon warrior. But, because Shifu thought highly from his master Oogway. He respected his wishes more than Supporting Tai Lung. Which proves to show he really respects Oogway. Although Shifu never was the same again after that. It made the Furious Five a more deadly alliance just base on how he trained them differently. For Example, The Tigress Flashback. It haunted him all those years ago. Shifu was too caught up in the fantasy of having a child until reality finally hit him. Sad
@@LiveWithZel8068as much as I would respect my master, I wouldn't leave my student alone to deal with this (my son in this particular situation), given that I never taught him any important life lessons as well would make it worse if I don't interfere (and it doesn't matter if shifu intended for this to happen or not)
It's truly tragic. But, of all the villains that have earned redemption throughout the years, i believe tai lung deserves to be in that list, or at least he deserves it because he was a "tragically failed project", with no goals in life except the ones that were planted in him by others. Just wishing he has his redemption story one day
