However, the same type of skills are necessary and as of present, the difference in skill between male and female soccer is quite substantial. Inferring that Torres' performance against other male players requires much more skill than Alex Morgan. #4, I am not however saying that Alex Morgan is not as good as Torres simply because of the fact that she's a woman, but that the fact that she is a woman and plays against other women is an important factor to consider when making a comparison between Torres and Alex Morgan.
