    If only i were more mathematical!!! Perhaps it's too early, but what are we aspiring to and what kind of change can we expect in the context of "stability and moderation", please? The market and workplace are competitive arenas, what degree of competition are we aiming for, 'soft' or 'hard', thanks?!
