- Viki tells Clint that Tina keeps calling but Cord won’t speak to her. She feels bad for her sister, but Clint has no sympathy. He says Tina is cold-hearted and he hopes Cord finds himself a good divorce attorney and ends his marriage. Viki thinks Clint should stay out of Cord and Tina’s affairs and not try to impose his opinions on his son. Cord goes to the Waterside Inn, where the Medinas are staying but the desk clerk won’t let him see or speak to Gabrielle. He appeals to Debra who says he has a lot of nerve asking for her help after running her picture on the front of the paper this morning. Max asks Gabrielle to go to Grandeview with him to look for clues for where Michael and Baby Steven have gone. Julia tries to talk her out of it; she’s worried Max and Gabrielle will rekindle their romance. Marco and Megan have a disagreement about costumes and about whether Randolph and Llana should consummate their love in the film. Blade is surprised to discover Debra is still in town. Debra explains she made a deal with her mother: she promised not to see him if Julia agreed to stay in town. Blade says he didn’t agree to anything, and they’ll definitely be seeing each other around.
Max and Gabrielle sneak into Grandeview in search of clues to Michael’s whereabouts. They hide when they hear Martin enter the room, and they watch him pull stacks of money from the safe and put it into a bag. Max posits that he’s bringing the money to Michael and they just need to follow Martin to be led straight to the baby. Clint apologizes to Cord if he’s overstepped his bounds, but Cord says he has appreciated his father’s advice. He confesses he’s had a hard time thinking of anything besides Tina, and Clint suggests a solution: he’d like to promote Cord to City Editor at The Banner. Megan brings Viki to the Flagg house in an effort to convince her that the ghost is real and that she should allow Megan to have Llana’s remains relocated to the Lord Crypt. Viki reiterates that she doesn’t believe in ghosts, and while she never thinks anything is completely impossible, she isn’t on board for moving Llana’s bones. Later, Megan apologizes to Llana’s ghost for failing to convince her mother. Cord apologizes to Viki for how he acted before. He says he supports her if she wants to co-chair the Centennial Committee. He wishes her a happy birthday and gives her a grandfather clock she admired recently. Max and Gabrielle follow Martin to the airport where he meets a man in a cowboy hat. After handing over the case with the money, Martin spots the pair and warns the man in the hat to stay away from them. Ignoring this advice, the man approaches Max and punches him repeatedly in the face and stomach, leaving him winded and gasping on the floor. The man gets away, but Gabrielle finds a coin he dropped with the inscription “Old Arizona,” and she feels she might have a lead on where Michael and Steven are.
The funny thing is that once Vicki and Clint married, Tina became one of the biggest cheerleaders of their marriage post 1986.

It wasn't all that long ago you were furious with Asa for depriving you of your son, yet you were able to forgive him.
Not to mention the fact, Tina kinda had her hands tied....Gabrielle threatened her about reporting Asa and Cord to the police about burying Austin alive.
Asa, on the other hand, without any blackmail or intimidation, had no qualms running Maria and her mother off before Maria could tell Clint she was having his baby.

Hmm. Pretty sure Clint forgave Asa from depriving him of Cord pretty quickly. Cord forgave Asa pretty quickly as well. Oh, wait, Asa is a man.

You are so right.. Also isn't it amazing how Maria ended up turning into the villain and paying the price in that situation when it was Asa who was really to blame for everything. He basically got off scot free.

The Buchanan’s are awesome. Asa, Bo, Clint. Just repeat those names over and over.
Why would Clint have any say about the Lord Family Cript? He's getting on my nerves.
I'm.glad Viki's taking a stand for Tina ..I love it when she fights for those she so passionately cares for...Clint is a bit sexist like his cowboy daddy Asa...and turns into a jerk himself by series ender.im glad Bo stood up to Asa"s mistreatment of women sometimes Clint would but not like dear Bo!
About time she stuck up for her to the Buchanans. One could argue that in terms of women, Bo and Rafe rank lowest on the a-hole meter. Asa,Clint and Cord rank the highest.
Max got his clock cleaned by the cowboy.
