Can you talk about the importance of paying attention to distance and how to improve upon it (of course)? Jake Paul is a great example of someone that doesn't gauge it. He has good hands but just stumbles and brawls which is definitely fun to watch. Whereas Mohammad Ali was the master of controlling that distance. Moving just out of range and leaning back for example to dodge punches. Thanks for the tips btw!
Hey, Tony.
I would want a tutorial of boxing without any equipments at home. I'm running low on resources I'll be grateful if you provide it.🙂👍
I love this channel... and obviously Tony. Best coach ever. Imagine getting KO'd from the most down to earth guy ever. Youd rethink your whole life
You are one of the reasons I started boxing.
I got a boxing tutorial playlist and your videos are like 90% of my playlist.
Great to hear mate, keep it up!
Thanks body, my grandma didn't stand a chance.
I'm a Muay Thai fighter, but I love watching boxing 😂, great vid as always Tony
Glad you enjoyed m man!
Thanks Tony. These are the elements that my coach emphasizes every session. I didn’t start boxing training until just before my 65th birthday and I’m loving it. Making great strides forward in training. Cheers mate 😎🇨🇦🥊
🥊♥️🔥
Love this. I'm 44 myself and been in and out of boxing for about 15 years now. When I see or hear of older people in boxing I find it inspiring. Keep going brother 👊
This video covers a lot of much needed boxing skills in a short period of time. Thanks
I've been trying to get fit at 16 years old because I feel like I've been left behind by some of my peers that are around the same age as me. I also am interested in boxing and you have been a great help for me. I've been wanting to buy a punching bag and my dad bought a reflex bag and that's when I thought I should go into knowing how to box so that I may use it to protect myself and the people around me. I have never sparred anyone yet and it's been almost 2 months since I got the bag and almost a week on it now. I also did want to learn how to box so that I can compete sometime soon if I really want to. Your lessons here on youtube is really helping me start this journey! Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge!
I like your training
Appreciate it mate
@@Tony_JeffriesHey man, I'm 14 and I love watching your videos, I'm trying to become an amateur and have just a few fights. Your channel helps lots of people like me, keep it up🔥
Tony is a real 💎 for boxing training and knowledge. Thanks TJ, Your Appreciated 🥊 🚩
Boxing seems very interesting to learn since I am following every episodes. Also as per your instructions, I regularly do wormups before practising which helping to improve my speed and decreases injury probably.
I felt interested as in his videos, Tony Jeffries Sir always explains the boxing Strategies with proper guidance, actions of those movements with blocking system and tackle options. Also his videos help us to play those actions and movement because he tells the science behind the blocking system and tackles.
Thank you so much for your time Sir. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I wish you have a wonderful day!😊❤️❤️❤️❤️

hey Tony, I enjoy these tips/tricks videos alot in boxing, can you consider making a video about how to use the cross guard? (Foreman, Frazier, etc used this) I think it would help alot of people and it would be a very helpful video.
Thanks again Tony this video is awesome !
Thx for sharing Tony.. lots of wisdom/knowledge ur passing 🙏🙏👏👏👏
6:32 You nearly knock it down, but you are silent. The next punch you throw, you make noise and do knock it down. Excellent way of displaying a previous tip and the current tip at the same time.

All correct coach 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Great video
thank for thai sound track, i love it😍
I learned that to box, you have to lower your chin and be vigilant in your basic position. And I learned that when you throw a punch, when you breathe in, you relax. Thanks to this, I think I can protect myself in danger.-10702-
@tony can you do one video on cleaning and maintaining the gloves + wraps please
I don’t do boxing but this is really fun to watch
Good shit bro.
Thank you for the video. I became a good bóxer because of you. I started boxing 9 months ago and your videos helped me a lot.

Thanks Tony! I have a question,do you prefer gel wraps,or regular wraps with the gel pad you can put on for light bag work and shadow boxing?
Great video!

Were the neighbors sleeping? You were more quiet in this video than in other ones! 😇
I noticed that too 😆
It's helps I'm feeling halthier.
Damn bro I feel like this guy's just too generous to exist at this point, he deserves 5x the amount of subscribers he has rn
Video Idea: how to maintain good breathing while biting down in your mouthpiece.
Something I struggle with is I’ll try to exhale while punching or even in later rounds if I’m breathing through my mouth I’m not biting down on my mouth guard with my mouth open, and I’m leaving myself open for jabs that kill my jaw.
W video any tips to get more power in punches I’m 5,4 120 pounds
Thank you coach.
Amazing! I couldn't move his arm even when I paused the video!
وحش استاذ توني وحش💪
Woo thanks sir❤

Hey, can exercises on a heavy bag for the most part be replaced by a reflex bag?
I see the muay thai bags do you have any pointers for muay thai or just boxing?
Thank you so much Tony. ✝️🇺🇸🥊 Coach Mando from the Alamo City.
Ur welcome coach 🥊
Tony just sent this video to all my boxers and their parents. In my opinion this is one of your best video. Thanks again for some of the best information out there. 🥊 Coach Mando.
There are a lot of Arabs watching you, and I am one of them. We thank you for having an Arabic translation ♥️♥️♥️
Tip 3 I always breath right you thought me that a long time ago
Do you have any tips on blocking?
I have a question. When I'm in a round, my back legs get tired first, it's because it's weak, or it could be the wrong way.
Wow
I wanna coach someday, right now I work a minimum wage job and I’m curious what do you guys recommend someone who wants to coach do for work while pursuing such a career. I need a job that pays decent enough to allow me to afford training aswell as a cheap apartment. What is a step up from a minimum wage job that will allow me to do so? I’d say I’m intermediate when it comes to fighting, I know the basics, I could for sure teach a beginner to intermediate class if I was asked to do so. My coaches tell just keep training and eventually you’ll have enough knowledge and experience to coach, which I understand but the other side I wanna know is, what do you do for work? Can someone share some advice?
This is ganna be helpful
That's for sure mate, please do share as well mate but if not its all good 🥊
Hiii im left handed and my dominant leg is right (what should i do to punch my hardest)
Sir,Which has more power, pivot hook or foot planted hook?
I need help with my jump rope with my boxing

Ok I have a question? Where is your thumb supposed to be when you punch?

Thanks Jason!
I am 14 almost 15 and i just started boxing. My condition is very good and my footwork is decent but I strugle with attacking and defending. Do someone have tips?

1 question ❓
❤
my friend wants to challange me to a fight, so i'm watching this video for obvious purposes
the problem is that he is 20cm shorter than me, he has really bad pain tolerance, and he is weak, while i almost killed him with an average punch 😳
Goo onn ,try on bending now😄😄, so cuteee ❤, and great tips 😉
Train me I want to become a boxer
I punched my face in tip number 9 😅
If IDEAL is free and to help us, why don't you create a video to teach it to us ,average h/joes ? :)

Hello sir
Hey mate, how are you?
@Tony_Jeffries yes I am fine and how about you sir
Could you beat Logan in a fight😂😂😂😂😂

Do you like my new vid mate?
@@Tony_Jeffries yeah your videos are great and all because of your videos and your help my coach moved me to the amateurs for over 14s and I’m only 12!
I’ve only trained two times at the gym but I was practicing with my dad before and watching your videos
Another good tip for brain health is not getting smacked in the face a thousand times in the first place, works better than pseudoscience inspired supplement nonsense 😂
you are not wearing your hand wraps as the way you taught us
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it mate
