Can you talk about the importance of paying attention to distance and how to improve upon it (of course)? Jake Paul is a great example of someone that doesn't gauge it. He has good hands but just stumbles and brawls which is definitely fun to watch. Whereas Mohammad Ali was the master of controlling that distance. Moving just out of range and leaning back for example to dodge punches. Thanks for the tips btw!

      Hey, Tony.
I would want a tutorial of boxing without any equipments at home. I'm running low on resources I'll be grateful if you provide it.🙂👍

I've been trying to get fit at 16 years old because I feel like I've been left behind by some of my peers that are around the same age as me. I also am interested in boxing and you have been a great help for me. I've been wanting to buy a punching bag and my dad bought a reflex bag and that's when I thought I should go into knowing how to box so that I may use it to protect myself and the people around me. I have never sparred anyone yet and it's been almost 2 months since I got the bag and almost a week on it now. I also did want to learn how to box so that I can compete sometime soon if I really want to. Your lessons here on youtube is really helping me start this journey! Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge!

Boxing seems very interesting to learn since I am following every episodes. Also as per your instructions, I regularly do wormups before practising which helping to improve my speed and decreases injury probably.
I felt interested as in his videos, Tony Jeffries Sir always explains the boxing Strategies with proper guidance, actions of those movements with blocking system and tackle options. Also his videos help us to play those actions and movement because he tells the science behind the blocking system and tackles.
Thank you so much for your time Sir. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I wish you have a wonderful day!😊❤️❤️❤️❤️

Video Idea: how to maintain good breathing while biting down in your mouthpiece.
Something I struggle with is I’ll try to exhale while punching or even in later rounds if I’m breathing through my mouth I’m not biting down on my mouth guard with my mouth open, and I’m leaving myself open for jabs that kill my jaw.

I wanna coach someday, right now I work a minimum wage job and I’m curious what do you guys recommend someone who wants to coach do for work while pursuing such a career. I need a job that pays decent enough to allow me to afford training aswell as a cheap apartment. What is a step up from a minimum wage job that will allow me to do so? I’d say I’m intermediate when it comes to fighting, I know the basics, I could for sure teach a beginner to intermediate class if I was asked to do so. My coaches tell just keep training and eventually you’ll have enough knowledge and experience to coach, which I understand but the other side I wanna know is, what do you do for work? Can someone share some advice?
