Yeah the grease pencil is camera specific. Id recommend using the grease pencil on a locked camera (preferably your render cam) and animating in a separate viewport.

How can I create 2 leyers of grease pencil? One for the layout of the trajectory of a ball and other for the drawings of the ball in different frames. How can this be done?
Hi Skitty or anyone that could help, my pencil always comes out at a lower opacity whenever I use my tablet. It draws fine at 100% opacity when I use my mouse and I don't know how to fix it. Wondering if anyone had the same problem and could help?
Hi Skitty! Thanks for all your cool videos! I'm on Maya 2020 and when trying to draw with the grease pencil tool (using a Wacom), there's a heavy lag in drawing. To the point when I try to do a quick gesture of a circle, it comes out all broken. Do you ever experience that as well? The circle comes out ok if I draw really slowly but this slows the process down too much. I have the latest drivers installed for my Wacom tablet but still have this problem. Any suggestions? Also is there a shortcut key by default in Maya to temporarily activate the Grease pencil tool?
I experience this as well with Maya 2022! When I draw a gesture on the tablet it comes out as a straight line from the start to the end position. I'm not sure why it acts this way, I've only gotten around it by using a mouse instead. Maya doesn't have a hotkey for the grease pencil, but you can set one up yourself in the hotkey editor. If it was the last tool you used you can also reactivate it by hitting 'y'. Sorry I can't be of more help!
It could be something with the "Windows Ink" setting needing to be turned off, not sure that'll help lol. But I've seen it work for other problems related to the tablet in general.

Blender's grease pencil is much more advanced😅😅but animation layer is not there in blender..... I just keep switching between blender and maya😂
