I moved San Diego about 2 yrs ago. One of the best decisions I ever made. I live about 15 min from Lajolla & go there often to watch the sunset. It's so beautiful!
Find your happy. This is mine. I've been West many times and I can tell you that each and every flight into California feels like going home. Like, the universe aligns and all is balanced. It's a soulful, soul is fulfilled feeling. I hope everyone can experience that feeling, at least once in their life. CALI IS HOME and La Jolla is amazing.

2:36 is where i got the worst sunburn of my life if you were wondering how i got it, the snorkeling place up the road ran out of wet suits so i snorkeled with no protection on my back and had my back above the water snorkeling for 2 hours. lets just say i looked like a lobster.
I usually bring those UV protection long sleeve shirts. It works well.

The only catch is that the median home price in La Jolla is nearly $2 million.

La Jolla is nice but doesn't compare to Newport Beach or Laguna. Very sleepy, no good shopping. The water is spectacular however!

Goldfish Point Cafe - used to go there all the time and enjoy their paninis!

I grew up there in the apartments called Villa La Jolla, moving just two years ago, and up until that point I was paying $1,800 for around a 900 sqft two bed two bath condo with an outside patio and an ocean view
But it was completely worth it. You can't find anywhere else with such a sea of amenities and laid-back living

Yes, he met one of his victims in San Diego. If I can remember correctly, Jeff Trail was in the Navy and stationed in SD.
