是的,一层熟了才蒸下一层,一层蒸好可以用牙签插入如果牙签干净没有粘到蛋糕就是熟了,也可以用手触蛋糕表面,不粘到手指就表示熟了。

嗨,建议用固底比较好,因为只是底部涂油铺油纸,会导致面糊渗漏,会影响最底一层蛋糕变薄,无法支撑上面几层的重量。

@@ying7600 hi, nescafe blended not sweet at all so that's why need to add caster sugar, you can decease sugar to make sure cake not taste too sweet

你好蒸好后从蒸笼拿出来后先用刮刀刮四边待凉才倒扣脱模,这样就会回缩得美美。
