I just bought this 6x6, with spare sheets. Then I found this video. I think a lot of this can be used on everyday cards, also. The color combinations is feminine, mostly. I am enjoying your video.

Love this video! Sad to see the complaints from some viewers. People need to realize that commercials are everywhere of things we don't like. As adults we need to be tolerant and skip the ads where we can. If the video seems too long then pause it and come back to watch it later. For me they are perfect because I have control over what I watch and for how long. They are beautiful distraction from my pain. I always like the quilt cards best because I know they take a lot of extra effort to make. Blessings :)
Jayel Pritchett Thank you for your kindness and support. I try my best to make videos that most people will enjoy. The ads are part of having a TH-cam channel and when people watch the ads, it actually supports the channel. I wasn’t aware I had some input over what ads were playing. Hopefully now I have blocked most controversial ads. 🙂 The quilt cards are some of my favorite to make. Even if they take a bit longer. The end results are always so pretty and they are are easy to mail since they are very flat. 💖
@@KristieMarcotte I watch other channels that have ads I don't like but as I said I'm an adult and I can skip the ad. The most they are on is 10 second. It's not your responsibility to be a nanny . I appreciate your hard work :)

As always Kristie, beautiful job. I am not a fan of pink but you are slowly wittling away at my aversion. My favourite is every time you use the quilt square can't wait till mine arrives. But the sketch I find I am using a lot is Mojo Monday #524.

Oh, those purple cards are my faves! And the quilt cards are a close second. You make those quilt cards look so easy! The die is wonderful, but not easy for me. I'm such a klutz and those little pieces fly all over before I get them back to my desk. And I usually lose one or two somehow! 🤣💜 Great job on these winter cards!
Lisa Shireman Thank you! The colors in this paper collection are so pretty. 💖💜💙 I’ve probably made several hundred quilt cards, so I do find them easy. Although they take a bit longer with the extra die cutting. Perhaps you could cut out the frame first, put the scor tape on the backside, then adhere each quilt piece immediately after you cut it out. 🙂

You are so creative. I have a question about the card stock; does the doodlebug 6x6 have a list of coordinating colors--yours always match so perfectly. How do you know what colors will work best to coordinate? Thanks for sharing all these cards.
Georgie D'Alessandro Aw, thank you! 😊 Doodlebug does not list cardstock colors for their paper collections. They do sell their own line of coordinating cardstock. I haven’t ever purchased it though since I use a lot for each 6x6 paper pad. I buy my cardstock from Joann’s when it’s on sale. I take the paper pad with me to make sure the colors match.
Love your videos. I was curious about what you do with all the cards you make. I know you said some are donated. Do you sell them too? I love making cards but there's no way to use them all.
Edna Corcoran Thank you! I appreciate your kindness. I donate most of my cards. There are several local organizations where I bring cards every month. I also give cards regularly to retirement home residents. Plus, I love mailing cards to friends and family. I currently don’t sell my cards. If I end up with way more than I need, I may consider selling them in the future. 🙂
Ok, I don't make youtube videos, so I don't know how much control, if any, you have over what kinds of ads your videos posts, or if it is based on something you watch, or your interests or what not.... but I have to be honest with you, as someone who has watched every one of your videos, I almost turned this off and contemplated not coming back when I saw a pro Trump video. I seriously vomited a bit in my mouth. If this is something you have control over, please make changes, i.e. NO political ads. If this is something that youtube controls, since we have no privacy on the internet and this is most likely being monitored, please do not insert political ads on NON political videos. Thank you.
