Bedford Girls School Canoe & Camp

Each year, Bedford Girls' School embarks on an exciting Canoe and Camp trip that offers both adventure and camaraderie. Starting in the heart of Bedford, the journey begins on the Great River Ouse with a fleet of rafted canoes. Paddling beyond Cardington Lock and through Castle Mill Lock, the group eventually arrives at our private woodland retreat, where they enjoy food and camping under the stars. The next morning, the trip concludes with a delicious breakfast followed by a scenic walk back to Bedford Girls' School. With amazing weather and an exceptional group, we’re eagerly anticipating the adventure in 2025!
