ভাই, আমরা একটা কিনেছি স্যামসাং অফিসিয়াল স্টোর থেকে। ব্ল্যাক কালার।
ফ্রিজটা কয়েক ঘন্টা খুব ঠান্ডা থাকার পরে হঠাৎ করে ঠান্ডা কমতে থাকে এবং বরফ একেবারে পানি হয়ে যায়। খুবই নরমাল টেম্পারেচারে চলে আসে। ডিসপ্লেতে যদিও -২৩° দেখায়, কিন্তু বাস্তবে সেটা থাকে না। অফ করে সাথে সাথে অন করলেই তখন আসল টেম্পারেচার দেখায়, সেটা ০° বা ১°,২° বা ৩° দেখায়, এগুলো মাইনাস ১/২ না, প্লাস ১,২।
এরপর আরও ৭/৮ ঘন্টা নরমাল থাকে, আস্তে আস্তে সবকিছু নরমাল হবার পরে আবার ঠান্ডা হওয়া শুরু করে। সেটাও ৬/৭ ঘন্টা ঠান্ডা থাকার পরে আবার নরমাল হওয়া শুরু করে। এভাবেই চলতে থাকে,

ভাই, লোডশেডিং হওয়ার পরে যখন কারেন্ট আসে, তখন এটার টেম্পারেচার ডিজিট ব্লিংক করতে থাকে এবং এলার্ম বাজতে থাকে , এভাবে চলতেই থাকে। যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত না ম্যানুয়ালি ব্লিংকিং অফ করা হয়। ফ্রিজ কি ওইসময় কুলিং হতে থাকে? নাকি কুলিং অফ থাকে?

সরি ভাই আজকে দেখলাম আপনার ম্যাসেজ। কেনার পরে ওই সমস্যা হওয়ার পরে টানা ৮/৯ মাস আর কোন সমস্যা করেনি। আমি অল্প অল্প করে টেম্পারেচার বাড়িয়েছিলাম, এই প্রক্রিয়ায় এক জায়গায় স্থির হয়ে গিয়েছিলো এবং আমার ৯ মাস টানা ভালো চলেছে কোন প্রবলেম ছাড়াই। হঠাৎ করে মার্চ বা এপ্রিলের দিকে আবার সেই সমস্যা শুরু হয়েছিলো এবং আবারও সেই পুরনো ফর্মুলা এপ্লাই করেছিলাম, এতে করে আবার স্ট্যাবিলিটি এসেছে। কিন্তু রিসেন্টলি লোড শেডিং বেড়ে যাওয়াতে একটা বিষয় লক্ষ্য করলাম যে, বিদ্যুৎ চলে গেলে এই ফ্রিজের টেম্পারেচার দ্রুত নেমে যায়, এমনকি ৩০ মিনিট বিদ্যুৎ না থাকলে টেম্পারেচার -২১° থেকে নেমে - ১২° বা এইরকম অবস্থায় এসে পড়ে। আমি এর আগে কেনার পরে প্রবলেম ফেইস করায় স্যামসাং কে কল করেও কোন সমাধান পাইনি। তারা সার্ভিসের জন্য লোক পাঠায়, এমনকি ফ্রিজের সেন্সর একবার চেঞ্জ করে দিয়েছিলো নতুন অবস্থায়, কিন্তু কোন ফলই হয়নি। আবার মনে হয় এই মডেলের কিছু সফটওয়্যার বিষয়ক ত্রুটি আছে।

স্যামসাং থেকে লোক এসেও কোন সমাধান হয়নি। তারা বিষয় টা ক্লিয়ারলি জানেই না। একেক সময় একেক কথা বলে, কোন অভিজ্ঞতাই নেই তাদের এই মডেলের ব্যাপারে। আমি খুবই বিরক্ত এই ফ্রিজ কিনে

Razi's Vlog Hey is the slim ice maker manual? do you have to put water in the ice cube tray yourself or does it produce it on it's own? samsung didn't show anywhere how it works. Online it only shows the electric ones that produce ice themselves. I need to know cause I don't want a refigerator that has to be connected to water.
