Thank you for this. The timing of me finding this video is amazing. I’m right in the spot where I am feeling stuck, but also trying to make decisions on changes I need to make in my life. It’s not easy. I’m hoping to see living in a new city in my near future. Just trying to make it happen.
I’m living with long covid since January 2022. I feel it has completely stolen my life. I am still not able to work full time and can’t expand my yoga business any further due to fatigue. I’m very inspired to start my journal after this video. I think it will be good to get the thoughts out on paper. Thank you, and best wishes! 🎉 Here’s to 2025!
I totally understand what you are going through, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I'm happy I was able to inspire you in any small way, I found journalling to really help. As a yogi I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir, but listen to your body and rest when you need to rest. I'm rooting for you!
This is amazing! I recently came to the conclusion that I am in need of change and watching this video about your authentic thoughts helped me feel inspired. Thank you for sharing!
As someone trying to convince myself to do more of the things that I really enjoy and give me value, I kind of relate. Thanks. Subscribing to follow your journey.
Trust that you showed up on my feed for a grand reason. Could relate to you on so many levels, which itself has a lot of value to me right now. Thank you man 👋
Thanks for sharing this! Can totally relate to a new reality with my condition after my accident years ago and have had to move a couple times. Currently working trust and on appreciating and working with what/who I have today and connecting with it. Helps me feel more abundant but it’s daily work. Hope you find it too.
I'm happy to hear you are working through it! You're not alone. I plan to keep sharing this journey I'm currently on, so thank you so much coming along!
I know the feeling of outgrowing a loving home that's provided the opportunity to release an old version of yourself. I say if it ain't broke, why fix it 😜💖
I've learned that where ever you move, people are people the same over, so I have currently been at my same apartment here in Seattle for almost 25 years now. I've lived in California for about the same amount of years from Costa Mesa to Eureka and always had roommates to keep the rent low, but now I live by myself in the apartment and have made this space my quiet place and have lots of stuff to entertain me when I need when the walls start closing in. I have moved 3 times in my 68 years and that's enough for me. I'm retired, can budget and can understand why Jesus went into the desert to pray to His father, because of the business of people and rushing around always wanting your attention. I can lose myself just in watching TH-cam alone!
It seems that those years (2020-2025) are the most troublesome years. Sometimes I am thinking how it was cool to live my life when I was a kid or younger and used to live in Soviet Union. We didn't have that much information around us, - but life somehow was way way way much more different than now. And here every last year I am thinking also what is next. Because owning things doesn't make me happy. Going to work and back doesn't make me happy. Being gay and not able to find a partner for life is also kinda quite exhausting to the moment that maybe it's time to become a monk. But once you are there in a monastery, - you understand that nope, it is not mine path. We need somehow to become OK with ourselves, truly get in love with ourselves. And then and only then path probably gonna open. Calisthenics, hiking and stretching is helping a lot as well.
