Clement Grand Mall is currently the biggest Mall in Northern Uganda situated near Lira bus park as you start to explore through Kwania road in Lira city.
I took a video of the progress of this great Mall when I went to Lira city for Easter in 2024.
Lira city is among the fastest developing cities among the cities that were announced in addition to the capital Kampala
