Matt, Flip works only with items that already are in the room before you enter them (with flip equipped) , items that have been spawned via items/special boss drop/room reward (like boss rush) wont get flipped
Tip to find Ultra Secret Rooms: They basically have the same property as a Normal secret room which is 1. Must be connected to atleast 2 rooms 2. One of the rooms must be a normal room 3. There must be nothing blocking any possible entey points 4. Cant be connected to boss rooms 5. (Just for Ultra) It cant be boxed in by the rooms If you are worried that you will mistake the ultra secret with normal than you can use the Red Key to find where the Secret and Super Secret Rooms are by seeing if the red door can be opened there, if it cant be opened the reason is A. Connected to boss B. Blocked by Obstacles C. Is Secret or Super Secret rooms
And because of a recent update, Ultra Secret Rooms wouldn't be connected to a Curse Room so those who play T. Keeper or T. Lost can actually go there without the Curse Room blocking their way.
Hey Matt, as aquick way to know if an item flips or not: if the moment the room spawns the item does too you can flip it; so item room, planetarium, library, secret rooms, shop (pre-reroll), angel and devil deals you can flip; items from chests, boss drops, created by consumables, trinkets or other items and items after rerolling them with a die or machine don't flip

Flip is weird. Essentially, it gives the second item on pedestals which were in the room when you entered it. A magic mush from a mushroom or boss item doesn’t count
Matt, at the start you paused when you went into the curse room, if there are enemy’s the room shuts. So what I do is go into the curse room the. Instantly try to leave. If I can’t, that means that there are enemy’s to get coins from

Funny how when you posted, i has a really good t. keeper run aswell. I must rant cuz u used a D100 on a dream run lol. On basment one i beraly got sacered heart from sacrifice room. I also found godhead, lacraphigy and get conjoined. I was doing really well, untill i get i get abbadon in the member shop, and i get reduced to 1 coin heart container (how was i supposed to know??). I managed to beat boss rush (edit: I originally said that i got a d6 here, but i was wrong. I found D6 in a stacked shop.), but i died to...a RED POOP that spawned RIGHT NEXT TO THE WINNING ITEM (tysm carrion queen!!!). Luckily i got Laz Rags in a past angel room, but GOD did i want golden penny and soul of the keeper. Later on i also found 20/20 and inner eye ( _wish i was still keeper_ ), found devil crown in the hush floor, getting insane devil items. Anyways, i manage to beat Lamb for Pandora, Mega Satan for clutch void portal and Delirium for Compound. Such a fun run!!! _STILL HATE YOU RED SHI- _
