Thank you! Yes, you sure can! Since making the pattern I have realised that chaining the ties and just attaching them to the cowl is a lot easier. Especially for the larger sizes. You can chain them as short or as long as you would like them. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Yes! You can definitely make one for a cat. Probably in the XS or S size depending on the size of the cat. 🙂
