    I love the tin roof full floor patch., that looks like something my dad or grandpa would have done back in the day. When you pulled that tin back and exposed the floor, I felt your pain! I like your approach of replacing the inside structure and keeping the original bed sides. Keep up the good work!

    Wow that's a heck of a lot of work. You are a truck hero in my book. Just had my king pins replaced on my 76 F350. I was able to use the plastic wench from Discover. Lol. I had no idea what this part of the bed looked like. Glad you are feeling better. Mike

    the box you cut up looked alot better then the short box and why not just make the long box into a short box easier then all that fab work

      @@TheFrameoff both bedsides on the long and short box need rust and dent repairs, so I rather keep my short box besides. This also allows me to see the hidden rust and treat or repair.
