I know it's for asthetic purposes and it's cute to have in you coffee, but wouldn't it be difficult to hold or drink when on the go? Also the moment you hand it off to the customer, the slightest spill will ruin the whole design and you'd have to make a new one (plus the mess it will make is tremendous)

How many grams of espresso (liquid, not grinds) are you starting with before the milk goes in?
usually it's around 20-30 ml/ espresso shot, but it reallu depends on the coffee and the characteristics you are trying to bring out of it
It varies, usually 30-40g
