Kiszko had no criminal convictions before. It's unbelievable he was convicted.
The incompetent Dick Holland led the Kiszko miscarriage of justice, he then showed even greater incompetence in the hunt for the Yorkshire Ripper, how he ever reached the rank he did beggars belief.

I think Stefan Kiszko was picked on because he looked odd and was educationally sub-normal. Of course in reality someone like him would have been very unlikely to get away with any type of crime because he wouldn't have had the intelligence to plan it all out properly.
