Interesting! I have a few vintage selmer ligs laying around, may have to try this

In my opinion...try a ligature with a more solid opposing back. Selmer ligs have that open hole in the back for the logo. I think these rails work with even pressure from the back of the mouthpiece. At least ...that has been my experience.
