Kyle Hebert did such a good job with Aizen. And the coolest part about Aizen is that there's nothing flashy about his (basic) appearance. All he did was take off his glasses, slick his hair back, and he became badass personified. Plus, dude has basic brown hair and brown eyes, but manages to stand out through sheer swagger.
It's like an evil version of Superman. He goes from the false persona of the floppy haired bespectacled Clarke Kent to the indestructible alien overlord 😂

Aizens plan was really next level compared to other villans like madara. He tells ichigo here " you arent motivated enough to fight me" then obliterates the captains ichigo had less of a bond quickly, while taking his time to toy with yoroichi,isshin and urahara

I do think that if Hirako and Kyoraku could have used their bankai, it'd be a much closer fight against Aizen, but now we know what those bankai are, it makes sense why they couldn't.
One of the reasons I hate bleachs writing style is the way it approaches power reveals. In many series, there r precautions when characters go into battle seeing what others can do and making plans for it.
Here not only did tge captains jump straight at aizen knowing what kyoka suigetsu does, but don't even think for a second that he hasn't even revealed his bankai. It's dumb writing all around.

Man, I wonder how it would look at third person POV, if we'd actually seen Momo, despite being mind-controlled, fighting against all of the seated members of the Court Guard Squad (that were still standing) and the Vizards as she guards and parries from most of the attacks, cutting down each one and then actually seen her get stabbed...
I know Ichigo must've saw the whole thing since he probably didn't get effected by Kyoka Suigetsu at that range in the position he was stationed at.

@@tolkienblackI feel like when Soifon and “Aizen” faced off, that was the switch. Just because WE see Momo get up right after Aizen’s “defeated” doesn’t mean that MOMO got up at that moment. We can see from when Aizen attacks Kira and homeboy (honestly forgot his name) that “Momo” was still right there. So I think that was the rub right there. Aizen switched her out at the moment he started getting stabbed up because he NEVER answered any of those attacks. So the moment Soifon’s mark disappears, that was Momo getting clocked.

Unfortunately, most of the shinigami are all brute strength. Some are flexible when it comes to using that strength, but in the end it’s brute strength. Some of the stronger captain have bankai that are very specific in the situation and usually has friendly fire turned off.
The fact that he was this powerful to take them all on like that leads me to believe he could have actually killed them at anytime. I’ve Always wondered why he didn’t

Byakuya had just gotten done nearly dying to Zommari and Kenpachi was probably doing the heavy lifting on Yammy soooo.....yeah then getting involved wouldn't matter. Muken Kenpachi though, I can see him being trouble for Aizen potentially.

not sure if you noticed it, but whenever it's Ichigo vs Aizen, it's one on one meaning that the effects of the Shikai aren't taking an effect and he doesn't even try but ALSO respects Ichigo. But when it's with the others, they are all fighting him as a group and Ichigo doesn't even join. And Komamura and anyone else, decided to talk to Ichigo rather than attacking Aizen. That means and confirm to a degree about Kyoka Suigetsu. And against the others, Aizen thuant and wants them to attack him

Between their banter here and in TYBW, I don't think I get more of a kick out of watching any two characters in this series interacting than Aizen and Kyoraku. Kyoraku is the only one that always has witty comebacks and never seems rattled by Aizens mind games. There's a reason he succeeded Yama

i dont know if others have thought it but i would love to see everything from ichigo's perspective and when Aizen went far off to grab momo just to place her there with ichigo watching them attack her while scrambling around like idiots with Aizen slowly floating to each of them 1 by 1, it just sounds like when DIO kept moving Polnareff back down the stairs every time he stopped time, just a troll move, but Aizen constantly smiling at Ichigo with him too terrified to move, though if momo was always there shouldn't soifon had killed momo, his shikai murders logic, i kinda love it lol

With such a busted power like his, that alone makes Aizen one of the more formidable villains in fiction. Something about a simple ability as being able to mess with ALL of a person's senses can almost never be countered..almost. in this case everyone but ichigo was already exposed to Aizen's power before so it was over before it began.
That's why it was a war against him, his shikai is beyond broken. On top of the fact he has more spiritual pressure than everyone else, only Yammamoto's bankai could have defeated him realistically.
The only thing about this battle that I have a hard time with is the fact that if they had been fighting Momo the entire time, why didn't Ichigo notice that when he entered? Because Aizen had already been in "Momo's" spot.
Regardless tho, it's still an amazing show of abilities from Aizen.

Aizen can alter their hearing also, so Ichigo was probably screaming “what are you doing” but Aizen silenced his voice by everyone under his shikai. Aizen also prob speed blitzed out of Ichigo s sight and switched momo instantly at the end cuz he’s fast af. It’s never clearly stated but we can theorize what he could’ve done.
@@Mono_303 I definitely understand that and appreciate a good theory. But unfortunately it is still a small and seemingly insignificant plot hole. If they heard Ichigo in that moment it stands to also reason that if they had been fighting Momo that entire time, Ichigo would've actually interceded instead of just stay watching. Especially for the fact that multiple captains spoke directly to Ichigo before flying in to fight...Aizen. If anything I could give credit to the speed blitz theory, and those healing her being under Aizen's spell and he can casually wait for the right moment to switch, unfortunately we just never see that moment, so we don't know for sure.
