I've never had such a crush on someone I will likely never meet! Thank you so much for letting us follow along with you and Mako, and everyone who makes this their amazing life!
Awesome video Lauren. Dive footage was special unlike any other I have seen, unique terrain and sea life on the rocks, would be cool to see it healthier. Will say yes, the view point gave me the willies too.
What a stunning island Saba is. It’s incredible how green and lush everything is considering it’s a volcanic island. Well done Lauren on the editing and music choice. You captured the whole experience perfectly.
What an excellent little side trip. When you started your dive it really showed how swift the drop off was. I was enjoying the remarkable coral and then you showed the stress patches. I've watched people dive in very damaged reefs before but I've never seen that feature. It seemed like such a perfect habitat. Great hike. What the heck do people living on that island do to support themselves? Love you. ❤🙏
Thanks a lot to show Lauren. A wonderful island and the underwaterworld around the island. All creations praise the lord and creator. God bless you 🙌🙌😘
I don’t think I would want to leave absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing what I know was just a fraction of the things that you were able to see and experience. There are so many places in this great big beautiful world that we live in that have to be touched, felt, smelled, as well as seen to truly enjoyed as you said words can’t describe it. Keep sending all you can and the rest is up to our imagination. Thank you and God bless.
Another beautiful video, from the island to the dive scenes. Nice little lesson on the coral bleaching. it was good that you were able to join with some friends to go and explore some.
Each video get better and better! What a cool island and as a photographer, I can totally understand that video and photos sometimes just can't be enough to show the beauty of our planet. Keep em coming as I can't wait for the next! 👏😎🥂😘
🎉🎉🎉 Every time I watch your videos I feel like I’m on vacation with you. It is an amazing feeling while I sit here on my porch in the Cold 🥶 weather. Thank you so much for sharing your travels with us. Keep safe and healthy and don’t forget to say your Prayers every night for this beautiful world 🌎 that God made for us to enjoy. Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸
Hey Lauren, You're not far from Antigua. I've passed Saba so many times going back forth between St. Maarten and Antigua. Just found out I'm headed to St. Maarten for the Heineken Regatta. I'll look out for you guys if you're still over there. It'll be my 1st time racing over there. Cheers
Great vid... never heard of Saba... nonetheless was quite entertaining... I probably would never do the hiking but the diving was the best part... yes, very sad about the world's coral bleaching... Looking forward to some spearfishing... Fair Winds...
Great vid! Your talent really showed with all the beautiful footage. You should find a nice "friend" and a cat like that to sail around in. You deserve it! 🐈⛵
Oh wow, what a nice place, below water and above the sky, and real jungle 🎉 thanks very much, it was nice you leading us into something different but it still felt we're with you, even tho you weren't doing anything, haha,, it was very nice 💙⛵ St Martin is a good place to base 🎉
Thanks for sharing. Saba looks amazing. Been wanting to go, but as a pilot, runway is too short to get my airplane in there. Insanely Short runway. Amazing how precipitous the mountain drops off into the water depths.
Loved the shot of Mako's tail when you were boarding the Cat. The shoreline looks like the Northeast coast of the U.S. where the mountains come right up to the water. It's 400' to the bottom with no real shore. Those houses on top of the mountain top were so cool. I wonder how long it took to build them. Another thing that bugs me about the reefs, no matter where I dove there was trash on the bottom. Fun group Lauren. Enjoyed the video.
Well done on your engineering projects. I wonder if you got hydrant send a new casting where that one got cracked. I may be wrong but I worry it will fail?
Wow, Lauren. What a weekend. I’m speechless. Unparalleled beauty. Great dive videos. I’m curious. Since you don’t get to dive as much anymore, does it affect your stamina and lung power? Thanks for a fine episode. I’ll be rewatching this one. Best regards, SDJ
Thanks for posting! Shout out in deference for your's and "Jessica 'Dixie' Mills's" little critter pics...wild rooster around 12:30's and tube lizard around 14:50's! Maybe address your Academy Award and Sea Hunt References another time... Enjoyed, tks again. Cheers, SV Good Karma as Grins
I love ❤ all of your videos, but you don’t scared out in the middle of the ocean all alone at night. Maybe one day later in time I will have to join patrons stay safe out there maybe I will comment again later again fun in Saba Island.
Great stuff. I see a lot of TH-camrs cruising around the Caribbean which is a good training ground for more serious offshore sailing, any plans to go into the Pacific?
Thank you for mentioning, at least briefly, about the state of that reef. I am only seeing the video, but overall it looks pretty sad to me. Wish I was there to see it myself.
@@laurenlandersthanks for replying. Love the channel. You should come visit Western Australia and I can fly you over to Rottnest Island and some other special places and lots of diving as well of my boat.
I didn't know until I saw this video and saw a lady drinking a Coors Light now I know I'm in Love because I don't know a lady around here that will drink Coors Light all they want to drink is Bud Light... LOL
Funny to see that the RNLMC did leave its mark on top of the ladder. The Navy and Marine Corps of the Netherlands have a presence in the Caribbean for training and border control purposes. The Navy has a big role in the prevention of trafficking in the area, next to fishery and environmental control. Hopefully you will not need them for one of their other tasks. They also do sea rescue in the area. The Navy and Marine Corps are scattered over the Dutch islands in the Caribbean, but they also have a support point at Sint Maarten. They strive to have a Navy vessel in the area permanently. Factually the Dutch Marine Corps is only Royal by association. Unlike their American and British counterparts they are not an independent branch of the military. But as the Navy as a whole is Royal, you could say the Marine Corps is, too. But because the Marine Corps is part of the Navy it will provide the Commander of the Sea Forces. Therefore the highest ranking officer in the Dutch Navy is not always an admiral, but a general.
I've never had such a crush on someone I will likely never meet!

Absolute great video! The drone and underwater footages were amazing. 100% stunning island
Thank you!
Your underwater photography was awesome. Thanks for educating us on the white coral. I had no idea.
The underwater film was gorgeous. Liked the diving on the side of a cliff. I’ve done that before and it kind of felt like flying to me.
Captain Lauren good day to you and have a wonderful journey most of all a safe one ....❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊 ....
Amazing place, I love the underwater shots. You are so blessed Lauren ❤ Thanks for sharing
Great episode! Saba is amazing. Keep on sharing yr adventures. Love it. Cheers!
SABA looks magical! Great episode! All that climbing!
Boom! Cruiser lifestyle. Payoff for all the hard work you do! Beautiful videography.
Exactly!
Some aquarium scenes too relaxing; diving the coral reef showed how it suffers in silent and urges we to be greener. One of the best episodes.
Thanks!
Great to see you enjoying the fruits of your labor in the yard. Best wishes to you all!
Thank you!

Fun 😂, perfection I’m envious 😢
I think the word you were looking for regarding the volcano is " extinct "
Dormant is the word. It's not quite extinct. Antigua nearby also has a dormant volcano in the heart of the capital.
Heya, dutch people on that island wouw really nice place to vissite

Great video Lauren! If you could have any boat you wanted, would you consider one like you sailed to the island?
Thank you! And no, I wouldn't (:
Video splendidi!
Incredible!!!
Love your channel, could you tell us how deep your diving 😀?
Looks amazing!!!!
☺️❤️
It would be amazing do that hike. If they had a way to do some zip lines to get back down, that would be awesome.
Отлично 👍. Привет из Запорожья
