These two guys are longtime heroes of mine. I love hearing them talk about their heroes (which are also some of my heroes as well) like they’re little kids in such awe of the music. It doesn’t matter how old you get, experienced you are it still comes back to the love of the music and the craft. It’s goddamn brilliant! Cheers gents!
Ash and Stanton have such an amazing groove. Listening how they express themselves about legendary drummers and bands explains how dedicated they are to cultivate the art of groove! 🥁🎶
0:36 That is an album recorded by Pierre Moerlen's Gong, not by Gong themselves. He was a quite good drummer: check out "Gazeuse", with Allan Holdsworth on guitar.
Ash and Stanton need their own show. I could listen to these two talk music all day.

"Downwind" by Gong on this record......one of my biggest influences! Saw Pierre Moerlen three times live back in the 80s.......
I'd love see more of this
Can you please do more of these please! This was sick as fuck !
Thank you for the recommendation about james Taylor
I love Ash's playing. Big fan. His voice not only sounds like Ricky Gervais but he looks a little like him. I wonder if they grew up in the same area.
Now my phone break down because of these two badass drummer on one screen

Was really looking forward to seeing Marcus and JD chilling together. I guess this coming out means it's not happening. :/
